Our unforgettable holiday on the Salve Di Mare has come to an end, we’ve met some wonderful people and discovered beautiful, captivating places, lots of swim stops with an opportunity to leap into the sea. We’ve been spoilt with exceptional service fantastic food and not having to plan the next days adventure. Our tour rep Vic was on hand every morning to give us the low down of what to expect for the day ahead with informative and useful tips for making the most out of each stop. Our trip from Split to Dubronik on the Contessa was magical. The swim stops and scenery were beautiful. Access to the swim floaties and paddle boards was a wonderful addition. The boat was recently renovated and fresh. The cabin was quiet and had an ensuite, and there was adequate storage. Staff was friendly, and Hannah had answers to our daily questions. At times, the food on board was a bit too hearty for me otherwise, the breakfasts and lunches were nice.

Our time aboard Salve Di Mare far exceeded all we hoped for. Meeting lovely folk & enjoying their company whilst sailing the Croatian Islands. Every day a new destination with recommendations for activities & places to eat. Swim stops every day were great fun & being able to use the kayaks & SUPs a bonus! Our rep Vicko was the best! We had a wonderful week on the Sal de Mare ship, the crew outstanding, The guys behind the bar so friendly and helpful especially as I needed ice packs for a sprained ankle, Richard one of the crew and in charge of our swim stops a fantastic asset to you, the staff in the kitchen amazing and last but not least the lady who cleaned our rooms and did all of the endless washing, is a star. The captain and Vicko our guide were the absolute best in the business. I also have to say the ship was spotless, so clean and so organised. I hope I haven’t forgotten anyone as every member of the crew were faultless. The highlight each day are the swim stops at the prettiest of locations where the water is crystal clear and calm. The meals on board were fantastic and varied catering for everyone. Lastly the captains dinner was such fun, even if we were very loud we all had so much fun. Thank-you Sail Croatia I hope to be back and will definitely be recommending you to my friends and family

Not enough stars for the crew on the Almissa yoga cruise. The welcoming from the first day til the sad last day! Dora- our breath of fresh air. Goes above and beyond. Whatever you needed she was there. Chefs- I have never ate so well on a holiday. Still want the recipes! Deckhands- so funny and handle the boat and tinder expertly. Cezar and Kafka - Bartenders/Maid /servers- we kept you guys very busy and you were top notch! Captain Josef- great honor to sail with him. He is a master of his craft. Would highly recommend sailing with this crew and boat! Going to miss all the fun with yoga, swimming holes, hikes and wine tasting/dinner. Thank you for a truly wonderful and unforgettable holiday!

Yoga Cruise 2026 Dora, the cruise manager, the crew and the mix of travellers made this the perfect week away. If I could rate 6 stars I would it’s simply that good. Prefect mix of itinerary, ports, food, fun, activities, morning yoga and fellow travellers all out for a good time. The days filled with fun on the ship, docking and evenings are wide open to explore, eat and enjoy the magical Croatian islands. This is the definition of the best one week vacation - I recommend this in an instant - book and you will never look back.

We are well-seasoned European travellers & this was our favourite trip so far. The staff made the trip for us, Marin would give us a history of the area and make suggestions as to where to go and things not worth exploring. He would also make any reservations necessary. Joanna & Neno made incredible drinks behind the bar - The Contessa and Pina Colado were my favourites! Teno and Charlie were the sailors on board and made sure everyone was safe and the boat was secure - also, incredibly friendly and helpful. Joy was pure joy - always accomodating when cleaning our room. The chefs were absolutely fantastic, I have never been to a country where I did not have one bad meal! The food on the boat was incredible. The boat itself was fantastic, rooms were roomy, bathroom was spotless and all the public spaces were spacious enough to get away if you wanted to be alone. Overall, this was the best travel experience I have ever had and would highly recommend Sail Croatia.

Our week on the Contessa walking around the Croatia islands was pure magic. So many things to love about it from the size of the boat, the variety of the stops and some nice simple excursions at each one not too expensive, the active days swimming and then beautiful lunches on board before exploring a different island and loved dining on shore each night. Our tour guide Hana was just wonderful and made our trip easy with daily advise, history and support with so many links and always there for anything we needed. Food was lovely and cabins a great size too. Can’t fault it, will go down as one of our best holidays

Great. Was better than expected. So lovely to be with only a small group of 36 passengers to travel around on a refurbished, relaxing boat. Great having a different swim stop every day that you can dive off at the back of the boat. Also importantly exploring a new town/ island everyday and getting the opportunity to experience it in daylight and night time. So convenient having the boat moored so close to these historic scenic towns. Crew were fabulous, very attentive and in a way often invisible (I say that in a positive way in that they were very discrete and quiet in doing their duties). Hana our Tour Guide was excellent in her talks giving enough history and culture and practical tips. Her timing of talks and explanations of things to do and practical tips was spot on. She was always very attentive checking in with everyone and handling minor misunderstandings or hiccups (often to do with outside operator). We sailed the 7 day sail croatia on the Contessa. Had a great time, swim stops were a favourite and towns we stopped at were all stunning. Shout out to Hana our tour guide, Nelo our bartender , cleaner and our 2 sailor's and all the staff on the boat were so lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Everything was spotless. We had a wonderful time. The ship was clean at all times. After our swim the staff was mopping the floors. Our room was cleaned every day. This attention to detail was apparent and appreciated. Everyone was friendly and kind. The food was always delicious. Hanna our cruise director was so helpful and her informative presentations at lunch helped us with what to do on each island and learn a little history of the people. You couldn’t help but notice how hard she worked caring for 35 guests around the clock. We loved her. We made so many friends while we were on board, it was an unexpected surprise. I would recommend this cruise to anyone thinking about visiting Croatia. Our thanks to all your wonderful crew that made this trip so memorable.

What an incredible week! We spent 7 days aboard the Salve Di Mare with just 33 passengers, and it was easily the highlight of our two weeks in Croatia. At 162 feet, the boat had all the creature comforts we could ask for, but was still small enough to visit the charming little ports and historic towns and islands along the Dalmatian coast. Every day seemed to have the perfect balance of exploring, amazing food, fascinating history and time to simply relax. I especially miss our daily swim stops in beautiful, secluded coves with crystal-clear water. What really made the week unforgettable was the crew. Vicko, our fun organizer, was fantastic and by the end of the week felt more like family. The entire crew was warm, friendly and made us feel completely at home. We made wonderful memories and made wonderful new friends. I would go back tomorrow if I could!

Great experience! Ship was nice and recently remodeled. Being on the ship felt like being at home with the hospitable crew (tour guide Marin, waitors Ivana & Neno, cleaner Joy, sailors Charlie and Tino, Kristijana boat manager, Captain Slavko& chefs Bane and Marko) The size of the group was perfect and felt intimate. Swimming off the dock into the ocean was a highlight. The meals were luxurious. Tour guide had a wealth of knowledge.

Overall wonderful way to see Coastal Croatia and would definitely recommend. Mario was our tour guide and he was amazing, really helpful and kind. The crew were great. The boat itself was outdated but nothing that affected our holiday. Food was good overall. Great itinerary and overall we had a lot of fun. Couple days towards the end felt a little rushed. Even earlier breakfast and very short swim stop to get to islands which there was nothing to do on. Would have appreciated better and longer swim stops on those. Customer service was great helping answer questions and booking. Overall definitely recommend the cruise.

I knew this trip would be once-in-a-lifetime, but the Contessa crew exceeded every expectation! My family had so much to celebrate—my parents renewed their vows, I got engaged, and I celebrated 20 years cancer-free. Our Explorer Cruise aboard The Contessa from Split to Dubrovnik was a five star experience from start to finish. Our onboard representative Marin was front and centre on the pier welcoming everyone as suitcases were being loaded and from that point forward he did an exceptional job managing the itinerary, and sharing his knowledge and passion for Croatia throughout the trip. We also received great service onboard with the crew: Ivana, Neno, Charlie, ,and Joy. They were all super friendly and hard-working and it was a pleasure getting to know them over the course of the trip. The food on the cruise was over the top and chefs Bane and Marko were a fantastic culinary team. A special shout out to.the boat manager Kristijana for going above and beyond to have my suitcase, delivered to the ship on one of the islands because the airline had left it behind on a connecting flight. We had such a great week with Sail Croatia and couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and they really made the trip special. Especially Marin our Sail Croatia guide. He was a brilliant tour guide, friendly, honest and great fun. He kept us up to date each day and gave us great tips on what to see, do and avoid. Bane and Marko’s food was fantastic — every meal was delicious, beautifully presented and there was always plenty of it! This cruise was more than we could ever hoped for! Our room (Above Deck) was spacious and very comfortable. The dining room, lounge area and sundecks never felt crowded. The ship overall is very clean and well-maintained. The itinerary was well-balanced between active and relaxed (we leaned mostly on the latter side). We visited islands that had distinct vibes and characters. Kudos to Hana, our Tour Director, who was very thorough in providing us guidance and directions as we go exploring the islands. But our most favorite thing about the cruise was hands-down the daily swim stops. The captain took us to areas with the clearest and bluest waters. Richie made sure all our swim toys are ready to go, so we could all have maximum enjoyment in the water. The plentiful breakfasts and 3-course lunches were also quite the treat! Service was all-around warm and efficient. A huge THANK YOU to all the wonderful members of the staff for giving us such an amazing experience!

This was an incredibly memorable trip. The crew was excellent, helpful, hard working, and went above and beyond. Our tour guide Sanja did an excellent job of making this an amazing experience. She did such a good job of keeping everyone informed and organized. I did not expect the quality of the food to be so good! The chefs and bartenders do a great job of putting out delicious, well timed meals. The schedule is so well put together and balanced. Beautiful swim stops every day, plenty of time on the islands, and smooth sailing. Our cabin had more room than expected. Clean, cool, and enough space for my husband and I. Only complaint is the excursions. We enjoyed the wine tasting. But did not enjoy the bike ride, even though we were excited about it. Long walk uphill, not desirable swimming. Also didn’t enjoy the Dubrovnik walking tour. Didn’t understand our guide and the content was often irrelevant. That being said we’d do the trip 100 times again and would recommend Sail Croatia

We had the most amazing 7-day cruise from Dubrovnik to Split for our honeymoon and absolutely loved the whole experience. The ship was beautiful and had recently been refurbished, so everything felt fresh, modern and very comfortable. Our accommodation was lovely, the food throughout the cruise was excellent, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. One of our favourite parts of the trip was the itinerary and the regular swim stops. The places we visited were beautiful and there was a really nice balance between cruising, swimming, relaxing and getting off to explore. We did have to make one or two changes to the planned stops due to conditions, but this was handled extremely well by the captain. The alternative arrangements were well thought out and we never felt that we were missing out on anything. It was over and above all our expectations . . . a truly unique experience where we met a lot of lovely people from all over the world. The staff were amazing too. Swimming in the clear, warm Adriatic sea every day was spectacular. My favorite part. The food on the boat was 10 out of 10. Did not expect every meal to be literally amazing. And I have high food standards. I took a picture of every 3 course lunch. Amazing!! This is a must do vacation at least once in a lifetime…. Oh and the crew would go out if their way every time you needed anything… unreal experience.

We had a wonderful time sailing on the Contessa for our Explorer cruise. Vin was a great host and the other crew members were all friendly and helpful. The food was good and it was overall a great trip with an awesome group of new friends from around the globe.

We thought everything was pretty much spot on. The Ship and staff were excellent. Our only negative was the timing of breakfast and lunch, along with the swim stops. We understand you have to adapt the schedule each day to cooincide with when you have to be at the next Port. But for the most part in chatting with our shipmates, we felt like....hurry and get up for breakfast, hurry and eat, go for a swim....but we just ate....hurry for lunch....then we typically need time to digest. We have 3 or 4 hours between breakfast and lunch......then 6 to 8 hours between lunch and dinner. It just felt like the meals on board could be stretched out longer and not rushed. The Bar, when ordering a drink, please serve the alcohol that is listed on the menu. Those are our only negatives, otherwise we totally loved the small ship cruising experience. Special thank yous to Yolana in the Salon, and Joy the housekeeper. We found out late that she is a massage therapist..too bad that service was N/A

Unique experience was heightened by the crew: their smiles, going above & beyond without request, delicious food (accommodating allergies & preferences too). Favorite memories: Sailor Tino serving as cocktail server delivering to our "floating bar" we created utilizing the paddle boards during swim stops. Bartender Naeno remembering my drinks from day 1 - am manually making my fresh iced tea from brewed & pm chardonnay w/3 ice cubes. Great conversation & genuinely cared to get to know people. Bartender Joanna sweet & accommodating even when I was being "extra". Attendant Joy for keeping our cabin clean-constantly replacing bathmat & folding clothes, etc. Our space cozy and spotless too. Director Vin was funny even when he wasn't trying to be. Tip to future guests: Do not start a drinking game where you drink anytime he says the word "ALSO". If ya know, ya know. Don't forget Sailor Charlie - ALWAYS cleaning the yacht. Have a chat with him about where he's lived too.

I had a wonderful time on this trip! The crew was great and the food was delicious. Every spot we went to was beautiful. It would have been nice to explore the towns in the morning and then do a swim stop after lunch when it was extremely hot. I also wish there was more excursions like jet skis or fishing. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone.

We enjoyed our trip tremendously. We have never been on a cruise. This is the best way to give a cruise a try. It’s a smaller cruise boat with only a handful of people and crew. Great bar with attentive staff. No disco and thousands of people swarmed by a pool. The food was very good. It was the perfect balance of action, adventure, sightseeing and relaxation. The private swim coves were one of our favorite parts of the day. Our coordinator Klara was amazing. I know it’s her job to be friendly but I truly felt like she really enjoyed our group and wanted to hang out with us. I definitely recommend Sail Croatia. We may even try their Greek Island tour…only if Klara is the coordinator.

We were blown away by the end to end experience w/ Sail Croatia— thoughtful stops, daily swimming, excursions + dining reservations made in advance on your behalf. We are busy working parents juggling robust school + sports schedules. Once we got onboard we left all the logistics, planning, navigating to Sail Croatia and were able to miss many of the crowds commonly found across Croatia in August. Our tour manager Hana is an ace at her job and brought in enough history / cultural overview to keep the teenagers interested. Food was beyond expectation and accommodating of allergies + preferences. Cabins were clean and well appointed. We will be re booking this holiday! 5 stars.

We we're on the Queen Jelena with about 30 individuals including our family of four. Our family included a 17 year old, college student, and my wife and I. Our kids met other guests within the same age range and we all had a great time. Our tour manager Vicko was great and made the trip memorable. He helped us understand logistics, provided great recommendations, and made the trip engaging and fun overall. I would do it again, and would request Vicko to be our guide.

This was my wife and I's first cruise, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We joined another couple who chose the trip, and we're so glad they did. The Explorer level was perfect for active people in their 40s/50s who enjoy having fun both on and off the boat. The crew was AMAZBALLZ: accommodating, fun, knowledgeable, and always making sure we had everything we needed. Hana, our tour director, went above and beyond to make the trip special. Kafka and Cesar were outstanding, always taking great care of us and adding to the experience. We even got to meet the owner of the Almissa, Pave, who was super friendly and fun to spend time with. The captain and crew kept everything running smoothly all week, which was especially appreciated during the heat. What an incredible way to experience Croatia and enjoy our first cruise. The memories will last a lifetime. Highly recommend!

We recently boarded the Tempera Cruise from Split to Dubrovnik, and we had such a fantastic experience! Our sail team was incredibly helpful and made us feel so well looked after throughout the trip. Our host, Andro, was honestly the best. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the islands we visited, and we really appreciated his honesty and recommendations about which excursions were actually worth doing. The only thing we wish had been included on our trip was the rafting experience! The crew did a fantastic job of making sure we had plenty of time at the best swimming spots, and they even adjusted our ports to minimise travel time on days when they felt we needed more time to explore the islands. We also loved the people we met along the way. Our cruise had a great mix of younger and older couples, and everyone got along so well, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Tempera Cruise team for an amazing trip and so many great memories!

From the moment we walked onto Almissa our expectations were exceeded. The boat was clean and our room was spacious. It was evident early on that the crew was just fantastic. Hana greeted us and made sure from the get go that we had everything we needed or wanted. She was available for reservations, questions, and did a great job filling us in on each destination and providing restaurant and site seeing recommendations. She truly went above and beyond. Not to mention she's just a wonderful person who clearly loves what she does. Kafka and Cesar made sure everyone had a great time. They would be up late chatting and sharing stories with guests and then up early each morning with a smile on their faces. The food was fantastic throughout. We were nervous that things would be bland or generic but they were anything but. Every part of this trip was fantastic, we would highly recommend.

Croatia is so beautiful, blue waters everywhere. The captain and the crew nembers were friendly and courteous! Especially, HANA made everything so pleasant, so friendly, and was on top of any issues and resolved right away. Hana worked to make sure every guest was happy, satisfied and having a good time. Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast is absolutely beautiful, but sailing with the Sail Croatia ship and crew made the experience truly unforgettable. My partner and I were looking for a fun and stress-free vacation—and that’s exactly what we got. It was such a gift to wake up to sun and clear blue waters for seven mornings in a row and be greeted each day by the most warm and hospitable team, including our wonderful servers, and delicious food. Our Guide, Hana, also made the entire experience feel effortless. Her guidance, support, and genuine care made such a difference; from sharing the background of each island we visited, to organizing group happy hours and transportation, to recommending incredible places for dinner. She always seemed to have everything covered, which allowed us to simply relax and enjoy being there. Sailed on the Contessa. The cabin was wonderful with lots of storage. Suggest having a top sheet on beds and a shower mat as floor is slippery. Loved all of the ports and time to swim in the Adriatic! Wonderful crew. Requested an itemized bill at the end but said they don't have a printer. The food was amazing! Fresh fruit everyday, pastries, eggs etc. Lunch was bountiful! The presentation of meals was 5 star! Loved the view from the top deck and all around the ship. A small thing, but maybe a sign upon arrival posting Welcome to ...(port). The crew works very hard and the ship is immaculate. I'd highly recommend. A fantastic experience. I have traveled the world and usually do active adventure traveling, like hiking or biking. This vacation allowed me to relax, make few decisions, eat well, and play in the water and on land. I loved the paddle boards and floaties! The staff was amazing! The Contessa is a beautiful vessel! And all the locations were stunning! The only recommendations I have are to provide correct information: I was told I didn’t need to bring a beach towel and that additional bath gel would be helpful.

10/10 for Sail Croatia. This trip exceeded my families expectations. The tour manager (Hana) and crew were excellent - informative, fun and lots of attention to detail. Daily swim stops were idyllic, each island had something to offer and the ship had great amenities. Rooms were spacious, very clean and great AC. Sail Croatia was beyond amazing!! Klara, our cruise director was THE best!! She was knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and fun! We loved the smaller boat! The amount of people on the cruise allowed us to feel that things were tailored to us! We loved the morning swim stops. The excursions were fun and reasonably priced! Breakfast and lunch on board were delicious! The chef was accommodating to distract restrictions. I do not eat a ton of fish which was a popular dish. They were willing to cook other things when notified about the dietary preference before the sailing. The rooms were spacious and clean! If we needed anything the staff was quick to help and get us what we needed. Overall one is the best trips we have taken! If you are debating on booking Sail Croatia- DO IT!! You’ll be happy you did!!

When I booked the trip with sail Croatia I wasn’t really sure what to expect. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Every day we stopped in the morning for a swim and then dock for the evening. We travelled from Split to Dubrovnik on an Explorer cruise on the Esperanz in early August. The cruise was amazing for a number of reasons. The boat was very comfortable with a nice sized cabin, a great roof top area to sunbake and a great dinning room. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating and the cruise director was brilliant. The itinerary was great with the daily swim stops in crystal clear water and then then docking in port for an evening experience. The islands were amazing with each town that we visited had something different to offer. Every island had great restaurants and bars with friendly staff. We also had a great group on the boat. There were around 20 guests on our trip and everyone got on really well. The cruise director made sure there were plenty of networking opportunities which made the trip more enjoyable. We made new friends, shared lots of experiences and we were sad to finish the trip. Overall, and amazing trip and highly recommended.

Had a fantastic time onboard Almissa from Split to Dubrovnik even in the heatwave conditions! Loved having aircon in our room to escape the heat at times. Food was great, cabins & ensuite bigger than we’d imagined, swim spots all beautiful, crew amazing (skipper Joseph, Ante & Kafka in the bar & serving us, Hana our tour director, kitchen & sailing crew, all absolutely amazing people! We could relax as much as we wanted, snorkel, swim, float, paddleboard off the boat (not when docked) or sign up for many other activities (extra cost). Having to ‘walk’ through other boats when docked was even a fun experience! We enjoyed exploring the coastal towns of an afternoon / evening. If you’re considering this cruise stop ‘thinking about it’ & do it!

Our trip on the Salve Di Mare was unbelievable. Everyone on the crew made us feel like family from the captain, to the sailors, to our favorite bartenders Marco and Vlaho, the chefs Bojan and Elena, the maid Julija and our amazing cruise director Barbara. Everything was first class and 5 stars. Dining was gourmet 5 star meals. Accommodations were spacious, clean and quiet. There was a good mix of scenic sailing when we could relax in the sun, daily swim stops, great meals and amazing destinations. There were daily excursions offered but we opted to simply take the time in port to explores the quaint ancient cities and walk the cobbled streets. The local food for dinners was great. The entire week was well plan and I would without hesitation recommend everyone to choose Sail Croatia. I would definitely choose the Salve Di Mare as it was much more luxurious than other yachts but well worth the higher price. Your only regret will come the last day when you must say goodbye

An amazing week spent on Princess Diana yacht. Visited many beautiful islands and met some great people on board. Our week on Almissa exceeded all expectations. The boat was so clean and the crew was great. The rooms had plenty of storage and the bathroom size was much larger than we expected! We (boyfriend and I) traveled on Salve Di Mare mid July from Dubrovnik to Split. We regularly take trips/vacations and this has by far been one of our favorite. Barbara was wonderful as was the rest of the crew, especially our bartenders. Mornings were very relaxed on the boat and lunch was incredible every day. Arrived at each destination around 1-2 PM which left plenty of time to explore in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a slower paced way to visit the coast of Croatia.

We had a great week aboard Princeza Diana. The crew were attentive and our host Ana very knowledgeable. Some great excursion options. A small group of 15 which actually made the week as we all got to know each other so well and all clicked. Highly recommend. I would say though when asked if you have dietary restrictions, if you don’t like fish or tomatoes worth saying as they are very much apart of the meals. Overall meals were good.

If you are considering a Sail Croatia trip, take the plunge and go! We absolutely loved our experience from start to finish. (We departed Dubrovnik on July 4 and ended in Split - Explorer.) The itinerary was the perfect combination of beautiful destinations, swimming, adventure, culture, food, and plenty of time to relax and enjoy the incredible Adriatic coastline. What really made the trip special, though, was the experience of traveling with a small group and the dedicated crew. Of our 31 travelers, 11 were international (Scottish, British, Spanish, Australian, South African), with the rest from the US - and all were awesome humans! With Josip as our guide, and the Salve Di Mare crew caring for us all week, we enjoyed every minute with all our new friends. And the ship is perfection! The trip was well organized, while still feeling relaxed and adventurous. We came home with memories we'll never forget and friends we hope to see again. Five stars without hesitation!

The reviews don't lie. It's a five-star experience in a spectacular country with beautiful people. My wife and I went to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and were treated to a first-class trip in every way. Our cruise director was outstanding: knowledgeable, funny, well connected and became a good friend. Our fellow travelers were wonderful; plenty of opportunities to connect and also do our own thing. The boat was beautiful and the food was fantastic. Croatia is a dream of a country; the islands are so lovely, each a little different from the last. The weather was perfect. We couldn't recommend more highly.

The food was incredible, the room and boat very clean and nice, and the host was gracious and super informative and helped us take advantage of the right excursions and our time on each island. The swim stops are the best! You won't regret choosing Sail Croatia!

I can't say enough about Sail Croatia and this amazing seven day trip from Split to Dubrovnik. It was so well organized, and all of the stops were beautiful and perfectly curated. It was the perfect blend of fun and adventure, with a great group of people. Highlights were the swim stop every day and of course, all of the beautiful Dalmatian islands with the Port towns and activities. The ship (Salve di Mare) and the accommodations were also fabulous. The rooms were spacious and each had their own bathroom. The meals were wonderful. The crew was so friendly and helpful and Our tour guide , with Sail Croatia (Vin) took great care of us. I couldn't think of a better way to see the Dalmatian coast than doing it this way!!!

Moment we boarded the ship the service was top level. Our tour manager Barbra was amazing giving us our daily activities and giving us a good overview of each stop. The chefs that provided us our 2 meals each day were so delicious. The way the ship is set up is a great way to meet and get to know all the guests on the boat. Got to make a lot of new friends from the Uk,USA and Australia. We recommend this trip to anyone that would like to have a relaxing trip, eat great food, visit hidden gems of Croatia and meet amazing people from all over. My husband and I had a blast on the trip. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure! We were easily able to pick when we wanted to sightsee, participate in more adventurous activities, or have a chill beach day. The boat exceeded our expectations; our room was very comfortable and the food was delicious. The waters and scenery of Croatia were stunning; the swim stops were some of the best parts of our trip. I was worried about getting on a boat with a shellfish allergy, but the kitchen staff was easily able to accommodate my allergy, as well as others on our trip (gluten free, pescatarian, etc). Additionally, our guide Vic was awesome; he was a wealth of knowledge about everything from the history and culture Croatia to where the best place to watch the World Cup would be. He presented many fun options of what to do on every island. It really felt like we had a private guide (who knew everyone) at every stop. If we could book to go again, tomorrow we would!

Our week on the Almissa was amazing. Great food, staff, rooms, common spaces and other guests. The itinerary was excellent including a variety of activities and swim spots. A truly unique and special way to experience Croatia and we have no hesitation recommending the Almissa. The Sail Croatia communication was good in the lead up to the tour. A few things to note as feedback. Make the end of tour survey anonymous to get honest and useful feedback, carrying cash is a pain now for tourists - the fact everything on the boat and the extra tours and tips are to be paid in cash is inconvenient. Towels on the ship could be replaced - they are getting a bit old. Provide tea and coffee after lunch for free. This would be a small inexpensive thing to include - many international guests like their coffee and tea in the afternoon. 3 Euros for a cup of tea is way over the top. Finally the tipping recommendation appears out of step with what the cruise cost is. Small suggestions.

My husband and I and two good friends (another couple) spent a week on the Salve di Mare and it was magical. The beauty of the Dalmatian coast, the swimming off the boat, excellent food, and the excursions were perfect and unforgettable. The staff on the boat were also professional and so kind. They made everything go so smoothly and put everyone at ease. Sail Croatia was also fantastic—great communication and information armed us with clear expectations that somehow the Salve di Mare crew and beautiful Croatia vastly exceeded. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this trip on the Almissa. Perfect mix of cruising, swim stops and visits to beautiful islands. Staff were great, food was delicious and we had a great group of people onboard with us. Fun side trip options if you want them. Plenty of sunloungers upstairs for everyone. Only give it 4 stars as cabins are fairly basic but you don’t spend much time in there anyway - they were perfectly fine with plenty of room to store things. So good being able to unpack for a week and enjoy the cruise.

We had a really good time on board the Salve di Mare, Split to Dubrovnik. The food was very tasty, every staff member was friendly and professional, and the ship was spotless and well appointed. The swim stops were mostly incredible (the last one near Dubrovnik was less special and secluded than the others). We didn't get to do the Blue Cave tour as scheduled; still not sure why not. My only real criticism is that the ship didn't have karaoke!! 😜

An unforgettable experience. The boat was immaculate, and the cabins, complete with private ensuites, were comfortable and well maintained. The staff were amazing, and the delicious three-course meals served every day were definitely a highlight. Positives- The food and dining service were excellent throughout the trip. The information shared about the islands, local attractions, and recommended activities was very helpful and enhanced our experience. Hanna was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with restaurant reservations and excursion bookings. Her assistance was greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied with our cruise experience and had a wonderful time. Areas for Improvement- We noticed that some staff members were smoking in or near common guest areas. Relocating smoking to designated staff-only areas would help create a more comfortable environment for guests, especially those who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. One bartender, Cesar, came across as less welcoming than the rest of the crew during our interactions. A more friendly and approachable demeanor would further enhance the overall guest experience.

From the start the crew were extremely welcoming and helpful. The boat was immaculate and stylish, the cabin was spacious and comfortable. We were not disturbed by noise from the boat or other people. Nothing was too much trouble. The itinerary worked really well, there was enough down time to relax, sunbathe and swim. The excursions added a fun dynamic to the trip and were mostly fun and exciting. We did cycling, kayaking, wine tasting, zip lining (the best!!) plus plenty of time to explore the beautiful Croatian towns which I hadn’t expected to be so charming. There was plenty of choice of restaurants and bars and our crew gave us recommendations on where to eat , even making reservations for us. The food on board was delicious, make sure you advise about dietary restrictions at the time if booking so that they can plan ahead for you. We were extremely lucky that the people on board were fantastic. We all bonded really well which made the experience very special…… a cruise family!!

We sailed on the Contessa. The ship and crew were amazing. Our room was comfortable and more spacious than we had anticipated. The entire ship was spotless. The breakfast buffet always provided a nice variety of choices. The lunch menu changed each day and every meal was delicious. Tour manager Nickos gave us great information each day and worked hard to make sure all guests enjoyed each port. Bartenders Martin and Nino kept us well hydrated and were a lot of fun. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We loved our time with Sail Croatia. When we booked our trip we weren’t sure what to expect. We had never taken a trip on a small boat cruise before and are not really fans of large cruise ships. But from the time we boarded till well after we got off, we completely enjoyed our experience. The crew were attentive and fun. The other passengers were a great mix of personalities. And our cruise director, Klara, kept us both informed and entertained, she even got us a reservation for 21 at Massimo Cocktail Bar on Korčula. I looked forward to the daily swim stops, always at a picture perfect beach, and each town we visited was unique and memorable. I cannot recommend Sail Croatia enough. We are already planning our next trip.

Great small boat experience with swimming stops, and small town adventures lead by a wonderful leader Klara. She was super helpful and guided us to lots of fun. My husband and I chose sail croatia to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We were welcomed warmly by Sanja our cruise director. From the minute we walked on board we felt like a family. The crew was so welcoming and the boat was beautiful. Sanja was most pleasant and attentive throughout the cruise. Vlad our chef for the week outdone himself. The food was outstanding. The bartenders were also so pleasant. Our group bonded like a family and spent multiple days and nights together. The pace of the cruise was perfect. The choice of islands and suggested activities were amazing. By the end of the week we were so sad to leave our sail Croatia family. Our trip was fantastic. The boat and crew were lovely and super helpful. And our tour manager Josip was knowledgeable and accessible to us in person and via Whstsapp. It was the perfect balance of gorgeous swim stops and docking and experiencing multiple islands and all they had to offer. We never felt rushed and had time to explore what we wanted - both planned activities that we could partake in or helping us plan our own adventure. I would highly recommend this trip to people wanting a more intimate experience of the islands that a large cruise ship cannot provide.

You never know what to expect with 35 strangers but this mini 7 night cruise exceeded all expectations. We were warmly greeted and had ample time to mingle or do our our things. We were provided with numerous options for eating out and placed to visit at each stop. The on board food (breakfast and lunch) were plentiful and the swim stops along the way were so dreamy and refreshing during our hot week on board. The rooms were well spaced with ample storage for our 2 large and 2 small cases and the A/C kicked in well at night. Our main host Andro was exceptional and his command of the English language made everything seamless, closely followed by the diligent boat crew . We had so much fun, lots of drinks and laughs with guests and plenty of time to really unpack and unwind. I felt safe, my belongings were secure and we strongly recommend the Tempera to those looking for adventure, unique beauty but ample time to chill out.. There are a few deserving tips and taxes to factor in though.

Croatia is beautiful, I loved all the islands, Stari Grad and Mljet National Park were highlights. Tempera is due for a refurb next year, it's fine, but it does need some attention. The crew were great. As a pescatarian I was catered for, but hot breakfast items were all in the same serving dish - eggs tasted of sausages - I can cope with that, but many wouldn't. Overall, thoroughly enjoyable.

My wife booked trip for our 20 year anniversary -Amazing experience from start to finish and all excursions and plans seemed to function seamlessly like clockwork! Impressive food, stunning locations + lots of swimming! We had such a great time! Boat and the crew were perfect! We sailed on the Esperanza on an explorer tour., Clean rooms very spacious and comfortable. Our tour guide Lola was absolutely awesome! Very helpful, made local calls for us to sort out what ever was needed. From breakfast to daily swim stops and then the 3 course lunch made the trip. We traveled with our kids ages 21 and 18, they loved the trip. I really had no complaints, the whole week. The other guests aboard were truly amazing and kind people from Australia, UK and the states. Just a whole lotta fun relaxing with like minded folks.

We travelled on the Tempera Explorer from Dubrovnik to Split. Our guide Lauren was both professional, informative and fun from the 1st day to the last. This was are second Sail Croatia cruise. The first was fantastic. Out second was on the Contessa, and it is a new boat. As with some new things, such as homes, boats, there is a pick up list of things that need improvement. In our case there were three issues. The AC was not working well and basically managed the room to 30 degrees Celsius, the boats internet was very limited, only working in the dining area, and that was food quality and taste was average. One of the driving forces besides the beauty of Croatia of our return was exceptional food quality, preparation and value in our first cruise. The chefs were amazing, tantalizing us with great appetizers, main courses and deserts. Although an effort was made it was not near the level of our first cruise. I imagine Sail Croatia will rectify these start up issues but want to present the facts as they were for us to future customers.

This was one of my best vacations and have been all different size boats. It was very relaxing atmosphere and excellent way to see Croatia. Wake up have breakfast, anchor in a bay and have a swim. While having lunch the ship travels to the next port for you to enjoy. The nice thing is you get to enjoy dinner in port and are not rushed backed to the boat as it’s there for the night. Our guide Sasa kept us informed on a daily basis on what was happening for the day and things to do and places to eat. Great job. The bar staff Marko and Vlaho were great bartenders and hard workers always ready to get you whatever drink you required great job guys. Our house keeper Julia did a great job cleaning up after all of us on the boat. Now I get down to the food cooked by our chef Bojan and sou chef Zodojka which was outstanding. The crew lead by Captain Frane and crewed by Bojan and Zodoyka did a great job getting us to were we needed to go and docking the ship even in tight situations. Great work

I was somewhat disappointed and felt the overall experience to be a little lacking. While the air conditioning failed in some cabins and the crew did what they could to fix it was understandable, one guest complained and the Captain felt it necessary to berate all guests on board at dining. The excursions were less than what was advertised. The swim time was extremely long and cut into time that could have been spent on shore. We scheduled a pick up through our ship from our hotel to the ship for departure and then were not allowed on the ship for 2 hours in an area with no shelter, shopping or bathrooms. The coordinator of excursions missed the mark on helping acquire e-bikes along with knowledge of restaurants and distances to attractions. There were not enough deck chairs for the number of guests. The jacuzzi was filled only twice. Coffee was only available during breakfast hour or had to pay for it. Overall, the experience was not what we had hoped for or planned.

The food was excellent and much more than advertised. Breakfast was varied every morning with a nice variety. Lunch was an excellent 3-course meal each day and everything was delicious. The team on board does an excellent job of making you feel relaxed and comfortable and you can tell they truly take pride in their work. Each swim stop was well thought out as far as location and each time offered a unique and beautiful location to enjoy. The boat offered plenty of space to relax and it never felt crowded or cramped. We just returned from the Sail Croatia Explorer trip and cannot say enough about the incredible experience. The boat is new and the cabins were roomy. From the very first day, our cruise director Borna went above and beyond. He and the crew ensured every meal accommodated my gluten allergy. He shared fascinating local history and tips at every port we visited during our morning briefings. The excursions offered were fabulous and well coordinated. We had plenty of time to explore in every port. The highlight of our trip was celebrating our anniversary on one of the islands. Borna took the extra care to call ahead and arrange a romantic table with a breathtaking view of the sea, a gesture that made the evening truly unforgettable. The passengers from all over the world are now lifetime friends. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and we would recommend Sail Croatia to anyone, without hesitation. We are spoiled forever and could never take a big cruise ship again. Five stars, easily!

Sanja and the Almissa crew were amazing, they made mine and my brothers week fun and stress free due to their hospitality and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this sail and hope they have Sanja and the Almissa crew so they can have similar memories and just as much fun as we had on our sail!

My only comment would be that I was not expecting the swim stops to be as long as they were (was hoping for more time to explore the ports), but all over a very enjoyable week with a wonderful sail Croatia team

Lovely boat and crew. Chef amazing. However did not enjoy being constantly exposed to cigarette smoke on only lower deck, especially when deck was enclosed.

This was a fabulous holiday! There are just three reasons I couldn't give it a perfect 5. 1. "Water toys"-having only 4 "floaties" when you have 36 people on board is not enough. On vacation, no one wants to jump is the sea and tread water for the duration of the swim stop. 2. The new Contessa is lovely. However, on the top deck there was not nearly enough loungers or chairs. People were having to share or go below deck. There was plenty of space for more. 3. It is a bummer that you advertise excursions to Explorer travelers but they actually do not happen or are not reccomended. We were excited on day 1 to go river rafting but once on board heard that that actually wasn't an excursion. Same with canoeing-said you "could" go, but that it was a very bad experience. Better tour operators or excursions need to be sourced. Lola was super and responsive. Martin and Neno amazing employees! Chef Bane and Marko fab. Charlie and Tino fun on deck, and maids were wonderful.

Our crew was fabulous. Lauren ( our tour guide) as well as Cesar and Kafka ( pardoned any misspellings) went above and beyond to make the experience so incredibly joyful and memorable. They showed us the best of Croatia and we are sharing our wonderful experience with all of our friends and family

My wife and I had an absolute blast on the 7-day Split-to-Dubrovnik Explorer cruise on the Contessa. This was our first cruise ever, and it wildly exceeded our expectations. Every stop was a treasure in it's own way, the recently renovated ship has a modern/elegant design, the cabins were spacious, food on on-board was great, crew was fantastic and friendly, and our tour guide Lola made sure we knew all the fun activities to do, and the best places to dine. Highly recommend., 5 star experience.

It was me and my husband’s first cruise. We had a great experience that exceeded our expectations. The boat has a modern decoration, the room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The crew were very professional and friendly. Lola “the cruise director” organized all the excursions and gave us many tips about the best restaurants, bars, and even ATMs, she’s very professional and sweet. I highly recommend Contessa cruise, a 5 stars experience.

Cabin:: + adequate space. -- cigarette smoke frequently entered our cabin (15) via the a/c system. As nonsmokers w tobacco allergies, It was very problematic as it started early in the morning and last into the late evening affecting our sleep. Ship: + nice facilities and layout. — the not hot, hot tub was not filled until 1/2 way thru the cruise. And then not really utilized. Recommend repurposing that space for 6 more lounges so most passengers can have a lounge. Food: + passionate chef and assistant. Hot food available w breakfast and lunches. Really good quality. Service was great (Mario). Bar: + staff friendly and helpful. — unfortunately wines by the glass were restricted to one brand and were of poor quality and overpriced. You pay € for all beverages, tea, coffee, sodas, juices and again more than what u pay in ports. Coffee,tea,and juices only provided at breakfast. For lunch, only water served. Easy to have added inexpensive iced tea. Active:: + pleasant staff - disorganiz

The Mali Ante was the perfect ship to be on. The cruise food was great Croatia style meals and the drink prices were reasonable. The Captain’s dinner was perfect, as were the drinks and dancing afterwards. Our cruise director, Elena, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We cruised in early June, which I think is the perfect time to go. The water is just warm enough to swim, but the cities are not as crowded as they will be later in the summer. Recommend bringing swim shoes, an inflatable “noodle”, and maybe a 1mm neoprene swim top if you get easily cold when swimming. Also, we liked our lower cabin. Seemed to be a little roomier and quieter.

The Croatian itinerary was fantastic, and the crew were friendly and hardworking throughout the trip. Unfortunately, the condition of the Mali Ante did not meet our expectations. The ship felt older and less well-maintained than many others we saw in port. The jacuzzi was out of service for most of the trip, our shower leaked, & our lower-deck cabin was extremely noisy whenever the engines started. The cabin was also very damp, leaving clothing and towels moist and causing some clothes to develop a musty odor. We also found what appeared to be mold or mildew staining on our bedding. Breakfast was limited to one hour each morning, no snacks were provided between meals, and guests could not bring their own snacks or drinks onboard. Drinks were expensive, and the bar tab had to be paid in cash. Considering the ship’s condition and limited amenities, the suggested gratuities felt excessive. While Croatia was beautiful, the overall experience did not provide the value we expected.

Our week on the Sail Croatia Explorer aboard Almissa far exceeded our expectations. Lauren and the crew were amazing, and everything ran so smoothly. The swim stops were beautiful, and the food was always delicious. A special thank you to Bobby and Marko for catering so well to gluten-free dietary requirements - we never felt like we were missing out. A huge shoutout to Ceaser and Kafka for the fun nights, great music, and always bringing the good vibes. The week truly had something for everyone, whether you wanted a social night out or an early night in (or both, like us!). What really made the trip special was the group of guests. There was such a fun mix of people and ages (we're in our mid-20s), and by the end of the week, it felt like one big happy family. We’ve left Almissa with incredible memories and couldn't recommend this experience highly enough.

We booked the Explorer cruise aboard the Contessa with Sail Croatia expecting nothing more than a floating hotel and an efficient way to explore Croatia's islands. What we didn't expect was to love it so much! We chose the Contessa because of its recent retrofit. The ship felt brand new: modern, elegant, and relaxed. Our cabin was even larger than many cruise ship rooms, with a spacious walk-in shower. Having read so many bad reviews about some of the older vessels, we were thrilled with our choice, as the Contessa truly stood out. The food was consistently good. Our bartenders Martin and Nino quickly learned everyone's preferences and delivered incredible service with warmth, personality, and remarkable attention to detail. Anita, our Cruise Director, kept everything running seamlessly from start to finish. From daily itineraries and restaurant recommendations to helping guests make the most of each island, she never missed a beat. She knows how to create an unforgettable experience.

We scheduled our Sail Croatia trip hoping for a Family Adventure and it was SO MUCH MORE than we had even hoped! Croatia was beautiful! Waking up every morning on the Almissa to a new swim spot was epic and the excursions were fantastic! But Without a doubt, the best part was the people…the crew and the 32 new friends that we will never forget! Lauren, our host, was fantastic! She made every excursion seamless, and her brief history of each destination befire our arrival was one of our favorite parts of the trip. Thank you to Kavka and Ceasar for keeping our drinks full and keeping us laughing! ! To Marko and Bobby for the fabulous food and sensitivity to a dairy allergy. To Geo and Chapo for making sure we were safely docked, and ready for our daily swims. And to Captain Joseph for manning the helm safely! And to all of our new friends who started out as shipmates and ended as friends! What an adventure to remember!

Fabulous family trip with brilliant crew and fantastic cruise director. The 7 days we spent with Sail Croatia on an Explorer cruise on the beautiful Contessa is an experience I will long remember. Anita, our cruise director kept us updated every day and was super helpful with any request we had. Thank you Anita- your knowledge of our destinations, recommendations and patience was outstanding. Bar staff, Nino and Martin were good fun and always keen to help. Thanks for the card game lesson! The rest of the crew were also helpful and responsive to any requests- food was consistently very good and catered for our meal preferences. Great tour options at each location. Looking forward to an opportunity to travel with Sail Croatia again. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our trip w Sail Croatia was wonderful on all fronts. The MS Contessa was recently refurbished and felt like a brand new, luxury yacht. The crew was incredibly helpful, kind and always available as needed. My wife and I had an amazing time on board Salve Di Mare, we did the explorer cruise, which was just perfect for us, offering grear activities but was also very relaxing. Our ship was beautiful, spacious rooms, great areas for soaking up the sun and just beautiful all round. Matilda, our rep was amazing. She went above and beyond for each guest, was super friendly, gave great insights into each location we went to, helped ensure each activity and program ran smoothly. She also gave fantastic recommendations into where to eat, drink and enjoy the locations we would stop at. Matilda did an amazing job as our rep, we were super lucky to have her. A special thank you as well to our amazing crew, Captain Frane, Sailors Fadil and Richi, Waiters/Barmen Vlaho and Marko, Chefs Bojan and Fani, and our Maid Julija. You all were absolutely amazing and so great at your jobs. Thank you! We made many fantastic memories, and new friendships too. Sail Croatia is definitely a top highlight for us.

Amazing! Contessa boat is beautiful. Lower deck cabins are spacious and the ensuite bathrooms are gorgeous. Explorer cruise provided a great mix of activity, fun and relaxation. We enjoyed bike riding, zip lining and kayaking as well as relaxing in the roof top spa and drinking cocktails! Croatia did not disappoint and we couldn’t fault the Sail Croatia staff. Great friendships and memories formed. Highly recommend!

Salve di Mare is a beautiful boat. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The lunches were delicious. Our guide Nikos was wonderful. He had recommendations for bars and restaurants and was helpful with the excursions. We had a small group and enjoyed all the guest on the boat. I cannot think of a better way to see the coast of Croatia. I would highly recommend Sail Croatia and Salve di Mare.
