We had a lovely time on the Blackbird with our family. Thanks to our sailing experience we were able to see so much more of the country than we expected to. We would have liked to have had more time in different stops and a captain who was more flexible with our preferences. Also, a more mature captain is definitely a request we now know to make in the future. However, for our first time, this was incredible!

My holiday was a memorable experience with my best friend, we had many laughs with new friends and crew members. Marin was amazing, very friendly, professional and on-time, he made sure the day ran very smoothly. I would highly recommend sail Croatia navigator cruise if you are a young individual wanting party and make new friends.

Excellent holiday and meet some great people from around the world . Cruise manager was excellent with great communication regarding when and what was happening. The girl that cleaned my cabin was outstanding as well, and pleasant to talk with and always smiling. The remainder of the crew were less so . They failed to acknowledge you most times and were not interactive at all. We would have spent more money on bar if the staff had been better trained in the hospitality industry. .

It was a lovely week. We enjoyed very much going to all the islands as they all have their own special charm. We found the food on the boat to be good but the lunch portions were way too big. We would have appreciated an explanation of the food as we had to keep asking what we were eating….The desserts everyday were the best part! Swim stops were the highlight! The Taste of Croatia tour itself needs lots of work. Olive oil tasting was in a cramped store(we were picturing a trip to an olive grove), oysters and Wine tasting was a miss as well.. There are wineries and oyster farms and Instead we went to a tourist restaurant where we got poured 3 wines and had a plate of oysters. We found a winery on our own on the island of Hvar which was amazing and would have been a welcome addition to this cruise. Foodies who book this expect more and so if we recommended this trip we would say skip the Taste of and just do the explorer or elegance cruises.

A good way to see many enjoyable Croatian islands
- Joe, 25/08/2026 09:03, Travelled in a Couple
Excellent time! Vedran is great tour leader! This boat is Family owned and immaculate! All staff are family and they care deeply about the boat and assuring guests have a great time. The only reason I gave this a 4-star rating is that the air conditioning in the cabins just could not keep up with the boiling outside temperature. Most everyone had issues with the air conditioning. Also, in my opinion, the lighting in the bathrooms is not sufficient. PRO Tip 1: Evidently the cabins below deck stay cooler than those above deck PRO Tip 2: Bring clothing that is quick drying and can be washed in the sink or shower. There are ship bars outside the cabins on the upper deck where you can hang them to dry. Clothes pins are provided. PRO Tip 3: Do not bring anything fancy, cool light weight fabrics are best. PRO Tip 4: A portable travel fan will come in handy. PRO Tip 5: Buy Euro at first island stop for less than getting it at home if not your currency.

We recently boarded the Tempera Cruise from Split to Dubrovnik, and we had such a fantastic experience! Our sail team was incredibly helpful and made us feel so well looked after throughout the trip. Our host, Andro, was honestly the best. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the islands we visited, and we really appreciated his honesty and recommendations about which excursions were actually worth doing. The only thing we wish had been included on our trip was the rafting experience! The crew did a fantastic job of making sure we had plenty of time at the best swimming spots, and they even adjusted our ports to minimise travel time on days when they felt we needed more time to explore the islands. We also loved the people we met along the way. Our cruise had a great mix of younger and older couples, and everyone got along so well, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Tempera Cruise team for an amazing trip and so many great memories!

I had a great time, the girls on my boat were lovely and we had lots of fun! The swim spots were beautiful, the itinerary was cool, I loved vis island and stari grad, and even when some things went wrong our skipper was able to change the itinerary, overall really great. Some feedback I have is for a bit more communication from the sail Croatia website when it says breakfast provided I was expecting that meant the skipper made us a filling breakfast but it was just the bottom shelf of the fridge that was communal with some ham salami tomato and eggs plus muesli and bread, and some days we had no eggs so I felt like I was scavenging for breakfast. I’m not sure if I missed this part of information but it was a bit disappointing. I think it would also be great to mention that each port has a shower, as I booked the ensuite cabin but didn’t even use the tiny shower cause there were proper showers at each port, I felt a little ripped off cause I thought on board shower was my only option.

Our Captain was great and provided excellent guidance throughout as we had no set idea of our tour. 10/10 for Captain. The boat itself was a bit worn/aging. The fridge wasnt working properly and constantly dripped stale water over all the food, which is def not hygenic, and the freezer compartment didnt work. Water pooled in the bottom shelf of the fridge with weird scum on it. The provided linens all had some kind of stain on them. Overall things on board were a bit shabby, wouldve expected higher quality (things like good linens are such a small $ to maintain) but we didnt let that spoil the beautiful clear waters to swim in and the enjoyable journey!

Great holiday and enjoyed every minute of it. The captain was very well organised and great with my children.

We had an amazing experience. The crew and Josko were great. The rooms were great spacious and clean. The boat was very clean and staff was attentive. Couple suggestions would be if there was a. Way to keep the breakfast hot as it was cold by the time we ate. Be nice to have. Coffee through out the day and it be available earlier. The plants on the tables were nice but to big. When paying our bar bill it was difficult as we never saw or get emailed a receipt to show the breakdown. That might be something we should get before leaving a printed one. The bar attendants were so fun. The lunches were amazing. Only meal was the veal that was not good. Swim stops were beautiful. And staff was great setting everything up for us.to enjoy the swim spots. Josko was great helping us find the best places to eat and answered other questions we had. If it was a full boat I don’t think the hot tub would have worked for 36 passengers. We were lucky to only have 16 on board. Thank you to all

We enjoyed the ship staff and meals; the ship could have been cooler in cabin but staff tried to make it as comfortable as possible. The floor of the ship needed some work but overall a great time!

Sail Croatia was such an unreal experience. We had the most fun week and met so many new friends. The staff on our boat the Mlini were so helpful and accomodating, and our host nour was the best. She made the week so fun and smooth and not stressful for us at all. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun time and people who enjoy partying!

My experience on Tuna boat was mainly attributable to Toni, our rep. Toni was highly informative about the history and activities of each destination. His organisation of group dinners really helped for us to bond and make friends. Not only was he a rep, but he was also a great friend to all of us. I give all my praise to Toni!

An amazing week spent on Princess Diana yacht. Visited many beautiful islands and met some great people on board. Fantastic crew and guide, lovely food, cleanliness extremely good, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Would like to mention Sonya who was over and above expectations, especially when I was a little unwell when we first boarded. Definitely a holiday that will stay with me forever. Great big thank you to all staff on board. wonderful experience. will recommend this to family and friends.

Our week sailing on Spellbound with Ana and Daniel was a wonderful family holiday. They made us feel welcome and at home and showed us some beautiful islands, coves and ports. Daniel did a great job accommodating everyone’s tastes with great breakfasts and lunches and took us to some lovely restaurants for dinner. Our only disappointment was that the only day that it was suitable for sailing, the rigging was faulty and the main sail couldn’t be raised.
- Marion, 29/07/2026 09:04, Travelled with Family
Dino was a very good tour leader, esp. nominating specific restaurants to eat evening meals at on each island we frequented. The crew were attentive, the cabin cleaning staff were top notch. Swim stops were great. Food was good but there seemed to be an extensive use of puréed vegetables! Music played non stop inside the boat even if no one was there? Still, a good experience.

The food needs to improve.

I did really enjoy my holiday however I and the rest of my boat were a bit confused why we, as a party boat, would dock and stay in towns with either no clubs or where noise/time restrictions impacted our time and experience greatly. Our crew on big blue were always so fun and gracious. The rep, Diego, put lots of effort to get our group bonding by organising family dinners and always showed up for us, whether that was searching the town for place with working gelato, taking people to multiple pharmacy trips as well as the hospitals.
- Sophie, 24/07/2026 08:46, Travelled with Friend/s
Our captain and hostess were phenomenal. They were very interactive with my 2 grandsons. Our captain was very knowledgeable and was helpful in recommending where to go and activities available. Our hostess was very personable and a great cook. My only suggestion to make this a better trip would be to connect with our crew ahead of time especially the hostess so we buy the proper supplies for her to do her job. The box I ordered was not able to be customized which led to items we were not going to use. She did a very good job working with what she had. Also, it would have been helpful to know that cash is very necessary for all the stops since many places did not accept credit cards. I would definitely book a trip with Sail Croatia again.
- Michelle, 22/07/2026 22:36, Travelled with Family
Average The biat was not like advertised and had many issues My too bunk was not working so we had to share a double bed, the bathroom had lots of plumbing issues including smell coming from taps and brown water leaks in bedrooms. We didnt even get to go to hvar wich was one of the main stops and instead didnt dock and anchored in the ocean for the whole day and no one was allowed to get off and no solution was made.

Thank you for taking the time to review us and share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. After reviewing our internal reports, we were unable to find any record of concerns regarding a leak or any plumbing issues in your cabin. As outlined in our pre-departure information, we have a clear onboard reporting process to ensure that any issues can be addressed as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, as these concerns were not reported to your Onboard Representative during the trip, our team was not given the opportunity to investigate or resolve them while you were onboard. Our Captains work hard to provide the best possible experience based on weather and port conditions and at times, the itinerary and port locations may need to change during the week as advertised. Upon checking with our Operations team, we were pleased that even though due to port availability you were docked in Stari Grad, a bus transfer to Hvar Town was organised giving everyone free time to explore Hvar Town. We do appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback, as it helps us continue to review and improve our services.
Once I made the payment, the Sales Representative literally stopped caring about my queries. I had to follow multiple times to underthings and to merely arrange a call back. I was not provided detailed description about my yatch and itinerary which I had requested multiple times. I regret not taking all the details before making the payment. After Sales Service is very bad. Our Skipper was amazing and other guests were nice because of which we were able to enjoy. Else the itinerary is very bad, you take us to island at odd timings because of which we are not able to explore the island properly and missed famous activities because of the timings we are reaching the island. The whole experience could be so much better by just better planning and not wasting time unnecessarily.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the experience with your Skipper and fellow guests. We have reviewed our internal communications and can see that you attempted to contact us by phone and live chat on several occasions, but these were outside our Sales Team’s operating hours. Our team responded as soon as they were back online and addressed your questions. We also provide detailed information on our website, in pre-departure information, and through the Online Account, which can be accessed at any time. With regard to the itinerary, due to the nature of yachting in Croatia, itineraries can be subject to change, as outlined to guests in advance. This can be due to factors such as weather conditions, port restrictions and other operational considerations. We’re sorry that the itinerary did not meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback.
We absolutely loved this trip on the Almissa. Perfect mix of cruising, swim stops and visits to beautiful islands. Staff were great, food was delicious and we had a great group of people onboard with us. Fun side trip options if you want them. Plenty of sunloungers upstairs for everyone. Only give it 4 stars as cabins are fairly basic but you don’t spend much time in there anyway - they were perfectly fine with plenty of room to store things. So good being able to unpack for a week and enjoy the cruise.

We had a really good time on board the Salve di Mare, Split to Dubrovnik. The food was very tasty, every staff member was friendly and professional, and the ship was spotless and well appointed. The swim stops were mostly incredible (the last one near Dubrovnik was less special and secluded than the others). We didn't get to do the Blue Cave tour as scheduled; still not sure why not. My only real criticism is that the ship didn't have karaoke!! 😜
- Michael, 20/07/2026 08:59, Travelled in a Couple
Perfect relaxing holidays. Thanks to Mario, our skipper, who made this cruise unforgettable.
- Jacques, 17/07/2026 18:12, Travelled with Family
Excellent holiday with good room and great food. Staff were helpful and pleasant The only criticism is that the last day sailing was in Split and felt as though the holiday had ended 1 day early. I would have preferred to visit another island.
- Tracy, 17/07/2026 18:04, Travelled with Friend/s
Sail Croatia was the worst experience. Our top deck was closed the whole week so there wasn’t enough chairs for people to tan during the day. My food had hair in it almost everyday and my room leaked and my whole bag with all my clothing got wet.

Positives- The food and dining service were excellent throughout the trip. The information shared about the islands, local attractions, and recommended activities was very helpful and enhanced our experience. Hanna was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with restaurant reservations and excursion bookings. Her assistance was greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied with our cruise experience and had a wonderful time. Areas for Improvement- We noticed that some staff members were smoking in or near common guest areas. Relocating smoking to designated staff-only areas would help create a more comfortable environment for guests, especially those who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. One bartender, Cesar, came across as less welcoming than the rest of the crew during our interactions. A more friendly and approachable demeanor would further enhance the overall guest experience.

6 of us sailed on the Almissa the first week of July. Right from the start we were greeted with friendly staff members who met all of our needs and answered all of our questions. Hana was our guide/host for the week and she was amazing. She always checked in on passengers daily asking them what they had done the day before and what the plans were. She gave us a play by play of what to expect each day and answered questions and gave suggestions in a timely manner. She was outstanding. The boat was extremely clean and was big enough for all thirty plus passengers to find space if needed. The staff was friendly and assisted whenever needed. The food was also the best food I have had on the trip - even better than the restaurants. The pace of the trip was great. The only reason I did not give five stars, is that I wish drinks were included in the price or that a drink package could be bought. I would definitely suggest bringing snacks on board as they were not provided throughout.

Really great trip. We had Mattaea as our skipper and she was incredible and made everything so fun! Would definitely recommend

Had so much fun with a great bunch of people. Captain + crew were awesome. The facilities on the premium navigator cruise are actually really decent and surprisingly spacious. Worth the extra money, especially for AC. Side note; you will end up paying as much as the initial cost so be aware. However many of the daily activities are worth. Shout out Lauren for being an awesome rep.

We hired the boat Morpheus for our family of 5 ( three adult children) Andreas our skipper was fantastic and an enthusiastic sailer. he planned a great week for us. With a mix of remote swimming spots and idyllic towns. The boat was perfect and the kitchen well equipped with everything thing to to cook lunch each day on board. One of the great things about the trip was you are in a different place each day but you dont have to pack your bags each day like when you stay in a hotel. We would all love to do this trip again.

What an amazing experience sailing around the beautiful islands of Croatia. Our trip started in Slpit & end ended in Dubrovnik. We stopped at 5 amazing islands along the way. The boat guide Andro was incredibly knowledgeable about each island’s history & what it had to offer and gave suggestions on activities and restaurants along the way. The crew were great however my only suggestion would be it lacked a female’s touch (all male crew) 😅. Eg room cleaning & also lack of salad at lunch time with massive serving of 3 course meal at lunch (the men very happy). I would highly recommend Sail Croatia it definitely exceeded our expectations.

Oh Croatia - what a BEAUTIFUL country you are!! We sailed on the Almissa from Dubrovnik to Split abd then took a bus back down to Dubrovnik for our return flight home. You really couldn’t have asked for more! Food was amazing, service was outstanding and the scenery was fairytale like!!!
- Kathy, 06/07/2026 21:14, Travelled in a Couple
Croatia is beautiful, I loved all the islands, Stari Grad and Mljet National Park were highlights. Tempera is due for a refurb next year, it's fine, but it does need some attention. The crew were great. As a pescatarian I was catered for, but hot breakfast items were all in the same serving dish - eggs tasted of sausages - I can cope with that, but many wouldn't. Overall, thoroughly enjoyable.
- Amanda, 06/07/2026 15:24, Travelled with Family
Very well organised from start to finish. Daily briefings, amazing rides (v easy on electric bike) and plenty of tasty food ! Cabins were quite basic but were en suite and had air-con. Plenty of time to sunbathe on deck or visit the islands. Some extra excursions and meals organised for those who wanted to but no pressure to go. All the staff were great esp our group leader Calum (& Srdan) - who had a great knowledge of the Croatian history as well as sorting any issues out throughout the week such as food preferences and general recommendations. Average age was around 60 on the boat (the Mali Luka) with a lovely bunch mainly from USA and Australia and NZ. Busy week as up early but a great way to explore the lovely islands. Water so clean and refreshing. All the towns well kept. Pebble beaches (not sand). We did Split to Dubrovnik route then had a couple of nights in hotel in Lapad (Dub) to relax. Thanks Sail Croatia for a memorable trip !

We have just completed cycling sail croatia week. A few recommendations for sail croatia to consider for upcoming trips, and for travellers who are considering this trip. If you are travelling as a couple you need to specify you want a double room. The food on the boat was very tasty however the orange juice in the morning could be greatly improved. They could also increase their variety of wines on board. Miranda our cycling leader was excellent and very supportive. Time spent in some of the villaages I felt was rushed, definitely wished we had a longer duration in Havar. If you enjoy an active holiday this is definitely one to consider as a way to see Croatia.
- Roisin, 06/07/2026 09:12, Travelled in a Couple
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the cycling, found the food tasty, and that Miranda made such a positive impact on your trip. Regarding the bedding configuration, whilst we're unable to guarantee specific bed types on our Cycle Croatia cruises due to the varying layouts of our vessels, we absolutely welcome guests to let us know if they have a preferred bedding configuration. We do our best to accommodate these requests wherever possible; however, as ship allocations are finalised closer to departure and each vessel has its own unique cabin configuration, we are unable to guarantee them. This information is outlined on our website and within our booking information prior to travel. For guests seeking guaranteed bedding configurations, our Luxury Cycle cruises offer this option. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding the orange juice, wine selection, and the amount of time spent in some of the destinations. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to welcome you back to Croatia in the future.
Varying (hour by hour) ship schedule made it difficult to fully plan/enjoy. Schedule was blamed on docking constraints which were not immediately apparent unless line was saving on fees. Lack of opportunities to swim off ship was also disappointing. Coffee/tea should’ve been available free during all waking hours. More pillows desperately needed. Staff was appropriate.
- Anonymous, 06/07/2026 08:31, Travelled with Friend/s
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you found our crew to be appropriate, and we appreciate your comments on the overall experience. As our vessels operate within busy working harbours, daily schedules can vary depending on port availability, harbour authority requirements, and operational considerations. While this can occasionally impact time in port or swimming opportunities, these decisions are made to ensure the smooth and safe operation of each cruise. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding the availability of complimentary tea and coffee, additional pillows, and swimming stops. Guest feedback such as yours is valuable, and we'll be sure to share your comments with the relevant teams as we continue to review and enhance our onboard experience. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on board again in the future.
Fantastic. Boat food was middle to good but not outstanding. Trip was overall fantastic.

I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Was impressed with the Olimp: impeccably maintained, everything gleaming, spick-and-span, and the whole crew were friendly & helpful, and Vedran is a star organiser! Our lunches were all delicious. .The breakfast buffet was sufficient except for the "orange juice" which neither looked nor tasted as if it had been near a real orange. Breakfast was too short, and too early. Should last until at least 10am, Also I'd have liked the option to eat on the outside deck. When at sea who wants to be in an enclosed space.? The highlight of the trip was swimming. But I wanted more & longer swim stops. Most were only 1 hour - not enough to enjoy repeatedly jumping into that gorgeous turquoise sea! I'd have also appreciated more time actually sailing, not moored in a port. The expeditions were at the hottest time of day, so I mostly opted out and relaxed on the ship's cushions in the breeze - that upper deck lounging area was a perfect touch of luxury!
- Alix, 30/06/2026 19:54, Travelled with Friend/s
Not for those that want relaxation and quiet strolling mixed with biking. Not enough time to swim and stroll between biking or even during biking times. No fluff, that’s for sure.

My wife and I had a great time on the sailing and biking adventure! The guides, scenery, and bikes were amazing! The routes were challenging at times and very beautiful. We had plenty of free time and made lots of new friends from around the world. We added extra days in Split (before) and Dubrovnik (after) which were both very enjoyable. Really loved this trip!

The Sail Croatia trip was great. Beautiful swim stops, interesting fellow travelers, and no shortage of food or drinks. Good value for money, and leaves you wanting more time in Croatia. A few things I would change: The amount of time spent in port towns. We were really only in a port during the late afternoons and at night, and it would have been really nice to have more daytime to explore the islands and towns. There's a lot of food waste on the boat. Every lunch had three courses, and they were huge and quite heavy. One or two courses, or the ability to opt in or out of certain courses, would reduce food waste. Also, the house wine on the boat was from two huge plastic jugs on the floor behind the bar. It was super sweet and undrinkable. It would have been nice to have the option for a glass of decent house wine, instead of having to purchase whole bottles.

This was are second Sail Croatia cruise. The first was fantastic. Out second was on the Contessa, and it is a new boat. As with some new things, such as homes, boats, there is a pick up list of things that need improvement. In our case there were three issues. The AC was not working well and basically managed the room to 30 degrees Celsius, the boats internet was very limited, only working in the dining area, and that was food quality and taste was average. One of the driving forces besides the beauty of Croatia of our return was exceptional food quality, preparation and value in our first cruise. The chefs were amazing, tantalizing us with great appetizers, main courses and deserts. Although an effort was made it was not near the level of our first cruise. I imagine Sail Croatia will rectify these start up issues but want to present the facts as they were for us to future customers.
