Loved the opportunity to explore the beautiful Croatian coast on Queen Jelena. Docking in the heart of a different place each day and being able to explore into the evening instead of rushing back to a ship that would be moving on before dinner set this apart from traditional cruises. Swimstops in quiet coves were another highlight of every day. We met some fabulous people, we spent the week with Canadians, Australians and Americans as well as others from England and Scotland. Meeting people from so many places and having the opportunity to socialise with them through the week, was another great strength of the trip. We’ll be keeping in touch! The food was good, the bar nearly always open and the crew helpful and worked hard to ensure we enjoyed every part of our holiday. We had an amazing tour guide with us throughout the trip, who did so much for us, including entertaining us. I would recommend Sail Croatia to anyone wanting something a little different and a memorable holiday.

If you dream of sailing then this trip is for you. To see Croatian islands while sailing is a unique experience. Start with breakfast, Cruise in beautiful clear waters, swim for a couple of hours, eat a 3 course lunch and then explore a beautiful different island each day for 7 days. Plenty of activities to choose from as you go. A family run boat so service is key and they pride themselves on making your journey an exceptional one. I will recommend to all family and friends.

I really enjoyed the program…. Relaxing mornings , swim stops and lunch. It really made me wind down. Lovely Croatian islands to discover and evening meals on shore. Katarina is a well appointed ship. Extremely clean and comfortable and the staff were great. Very helpful and attentive without being too familiar. I loved it.

Our Sail Croatia Rep, Klara, set the tone for the week with her excellent communication and offbeat humour. The Olimp was a beautiful ship, really luxurious and the crew were friendly and helpful. The food was perfect - not to heavy so we could enjoy the fabulous island restaurants and swimming off the back of the boat was so exciting. That left the Islands to spin their own magic on us - stunning scenery, great outings on bikes, buggy and jeep and discovering the history and local wines made for a superb holiday. Best of all we met like minded people from around the World we enjoyed spending time with. 5 stars all round.

We were on the Esperanza which is an excellent facility. The food and service were outstanding. I think every port stop should include a walking tour. I think it would be good to have the boat docked while we are at lunch so you could walk off immediately after lunch. Our cruise director Mia worked very hard to keep everything organized. Unfortunately she is difficult to understand as her speech is very rapid fire. The guests got to know each and all were friendly. Lovely overall experience!

The boat was spotless, the staff were really helpful and polite. Ioana our tour manager was great, always on the ball organising everything and tailoring the trips to suit the guests. We visited some beautiful places and got to see them in the daytime and evening as we were in port overnight. We did have a slight hiccup with one lunchtime meal when nearly half the guests had an upset stomach after eating the tuna. This could be something that they need to look at and maybe learn from. That been said I would definitely holiday with the company again, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

Unforgettable holiday visiting many beautiful islands. Captain and Crew were fantastic and our trip was made even more special with our host Ioana both knowledgeable and fun very helpful going above and beyond booking not only our group tours but also booking and advising restaurants as so many to choose. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the food was fabulous highly recommend Favourite memory of the holiday the dolphin pod swimming along side the boat travelled the world and not seen so many dolphins at once 🐬🐬

The food was fabulous, the staff were hardworking and efficient. The ship was exceptional and facilities were 5*. Couple of small things that would make it better: -2 x cabin keys; -Hand soap and shower gel (information stated these were provided and to being shampoo & conditioner, but these were provided); -Coffee machine and tea facilities available at all times. We are very early risers and look forward to a morning coffee or tea. Had an amazing week, thank you and would happily sail with Sail Croatia again. Many thanks ⛴️😁

This was my first cruise tour. The small group on the boat and all the staff made this a comfortable and enjoyable trip. Shout out to Tour Manager Mia who managed the schedules and plans perfectly and always available with suggestions. The other crew including Mio and Matina were great. Enjoyed the swims and stops in different islands/ towns. I wanted to remain on the boat for a repeat experience! I would not want to join a big cruise liner

Sailing on the Olimp with Sail Croatia was, overall, a very good experience. The boat itself was fantastic, and the crew were excellent. However, a couple of things did take the shine off the trip. Firstly, in the cabins there’s a constant whirring from the extractor fans throughout the night. The air-conditioning is fine, but these bathroom fans never switch off. We asked for them to be turned off, which they kindly did on the first night, but for the rest of the week we had to put up with the noise—such a shame. Secondly, breakfast was always served in the dining area, which is air-conditioned, but with all the doors kept closed the sound of 30 people chatting becomes deafening. It seems such a missed opportunity not to let guests spread out onto the aft deck, where there’s fresh air and space for the noise to dissipate.

our guide, Vedran, combined with the absolutely lovely ship Queen Jelena and it's expert captain/owner (Gordan? sorry), combined for a wonderful experience. Exploring the Dalmatian Coast this way was amazing and everything we hoped it would it be, and was so much more. Vedran informed, educated, coddled and tolerated all of us crazy tourists with grace, humor, and bottomless patience. The captain found us the most beautiful swimming spots each day, and navigated through the islands so smoothly, especially during the few rough waters we had. The boat is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and relatively brand new (2018)! My only quibbles would be with the kitchen. The Captain's dinner was one of the best meals we had in our 2 weeks in Croatia (and probably the most fun!), and all the lunches were lovely (though the chef could have used a lighter touch with the tuna steaks and racks of lamb to better represent his skills). We just wish the breakfast window was longer and less rigid.

My friend and I traveled on the Katarina from August 24 to the 31st. The yacht was absolutely beautiful. The dining room is stunning and all the shared space, upper deck with lounge chairs, hot tub, to the couches on the main level, we’re extremely well designed and comfortable. We stayed in the lower level and the rooms were spacious. I can’t say enough great things about the crew. The captain was readily available. Our host, Nikos, is amazing. He provided daily itinerary, along with suggestions for tours and restaurants. Nikos recommendations were excellent, in addition to being a great person and enjoyable to be around. The daily breakfast and lunch were spectacular. The staff is top-notch from the hostesses, cooks, housekeeping, and deck hands. We enjoyed the format. Sailed mornings, had breakfast and then a swim stop at every destination. The captains dinner was so much fun with live music and dancing all night. I really enjoyed the guest that we sailed with.

The friendliness of all crew members immediately made everyone feel comfortable and ready for an enjoyable, relaxing and memorable time. Nikos the tour guide was extremely patient, informative and funny. Nothing was too much trouble. Captain Ivan was very approachable and happy to have you learn more about the runnings of the boat. Ivana and Angela were the hostesses that always knew what we wanted and needed. Their smiling demeanour was so welcoming morning and late at night. The cleanliness of the entire ship was outstanding. The food was plentiful and extremely tasty. I honestly cannot recommend the Katarina crew and boat enough. A fantastic week with wonderful memories.

The experience from the day we arrived at the wharf in Dubrovnik to the time we departed in Split was truly unforgettable. The crew from Ivan the captain down to Ivana and Andela who looked after everyone were extremely professional, polite and helpful. Nicko the cruise guide was simply the best you could hope for. He was informative, friendly and went out of his way to make sure things ran smoothly for everyone. I would recommend Sail Croatia and the Katarina to anyone

From the moment we stepped on, the staff made us feel welcome. The breakfast and lunch were superb. The daily activities were well planned, which allowed us to make new friends with the dining setup and the activities. We had the best time on the Katarina.

We had the most amazing time cruising the Adriatic on the Romantic Star. Our cruise manager Klara was fantastic, which added the to wonderful experience we had. She informed us every step of the way and was always available to our needs and requests. She really is a huge asset to the Sail Croatia team. We sailed from Split to Dubrovnik on the Olimp. A group of friends celebrating significant birthdays. George and his crew made our sail so seamless., They keep the boat absolutely immaculate and Nikolina managed to keep our cabins neat and tidy with regular linen changes. Nothing was too much trouble. Amina and big H were so gracious when we’d come back on the boat for ‘one more drink!’ A big shout out to Ivana, who’’s briefings were so informative, her restaurant suggestions always on point and her manner gentle and warm. For us, Sail Croatia was a travel highlight and a big hit! We love Croatia Helen and John

We had a fabulous week onboard the beautiful ship Katarina. The Captain and crew were friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our Sail Croatia liaison Nikos was great fun, knowledgeable and was able to provide a great introduction to each Port as we stopped. The swimming spots chosen by Captain Ivan were in great protected spots. Could not be more positive to recommend Sail Croatia and Katarina.

We travelled on the Katerina and the ships comfort and amenities surpassed our expectations The itinerary was a great mix of relaxation, socialising and exploring the wonderful islands of Croatia. What can I say - this trip exceeded our expectations in every possible way. The seamless, friendly, personable, professional staff were charming and couldn't do enough for us. Special shout out to Iona our tour guide who was truly wonderful and extremely funny - we all grew very fond of her. Particularly like that the Yacht is owned by a family and run as a family business which I feel really shines through in the feel and atmosphere of the boat. The boat is beautiful - really classy and luxurious without being pretentious. We met a wonderful group of people and we built friendships and bonds that were very special and really added to our experience. Croatia is stunning and being able to have a snap shot of various different islands was wonderful. The Croatian people are so proud and patriotic it's lovely to see. We didn't want to leave and will defo be back - our favourite holiday so far. Thank you for having us x

From meeting Vedran, our Tour Manager, who looked after us throughout with fantastic knowledge of all locations we visited, to the ships crew and Captain Vlado who kept us safe throughout, we loved our trip starting in Split and sailing down to Dubrovnik, visiting various islands on the way. experiencing swim stops, superb restaurants and wine. Special mention to Martina & Mio who looked after in restaurant/bar and housekeeping were always friendly and efficient throughout. Would definitely recommend this trip and all the staff on Esperanza that looked after us

It was a lovely spacious ship with generous cabins. Days spent after breakfast relax on deck , swim stop which was so good. Three course lunch followed by more relaxing. Then shower and out to explore on shore. Food was generally good and staff were very helpful .

We did the trip with family for our mother's 80th birthday. The vessel was excellently equipped, the food high quality and the service excellent. We had swim stops that were my favourite parts...Towns along the way were busy but retiring to the vessel was like a little oasis. The Queen Jelena parked in the center of all the towns which gave us prime access to the towns and sites to visit. It was like having a hotel in the best location in every town that we went to, with luxury transport included. Staff were professional and friendly and our host Nickos was always available to provide advice or answer questions. For someone who enjoys more solitude and time away from the crowds, this trip represented a 'happy medium' between the busy towns of Europe in summer and the solitude provided by the vessel and sailing. The beautiful ship. The amazing swim stops. The clean and spacious cabins. The ‘welcome on board’ canapés. The opportunity to experience some beautiful, picturesque islands. The Captains dinner. The itinerary. Mio & the lovely cleaning lady who cleaned our cabins. Only having 14 guests on board. Room for improvement:: The staff could be more friendly (except Mio and the cleaning lady - they couldn’t do enough for you); there should be more fish served as part of our lunches as we are out at sea and in the Adriatic! The lunches were lovely but certainly could be improved; the breakfasts and fresh fruit needed to be replenished as you were scared of having too much and not leaving enough for other passengers. It was not clear that you could have more. The chief female waitress in my opinion didn’t want to be there and that was more than obvious at times. As there was only 14 guests on board, it felt like most of the crew were ‘on a jolly’ and did not make enough effort to satisfy.

We really enjoyed the itinerary and The Esperanza was very well maintained. However some issues need addressing. The staff don’t appear to be very happy in their work place. Deck hands rarely smiled, the waitress in the salon was at times most inappropriate and borderline rude. It’s not every day you hear the F word or gestures using an arms whilst talking to passengers. So totally unprofessional and disrespectful to the Captain.. We appreciate that crew are able to go ashore for free time but please don’t tell the passengers that drinking of alcohol was consumed whilst ashore and then come onto deck to work; Safely for guests and crew surely should be paramount. The salon steward Mio went above and beyond to make every moment a pleasurable experience. The food lacked any wow factor, breakfast tepid, cold ravioli not nice, lettuce leaves as a salad, fruit bowl not replenished until we complained Only 14 guests in total and that shouldn’t mean less effort.. Representive did his job.

We did an elegance cruise on the Romantic Star and everything about our cruise was perfect. The captain and crew were amazing, very professional and so hard working to make our cruise so enjoyable. Our tour manager Ioana was fabulous and did an excellent job. We only had a small number on our cruise so the service was extra special and very personal. The daily swim stops were a highlight. I highly recommend Sail Croatia!!
