The whole crew aboard the Almissa was amazing! The food was fantastic and everyone made us made us feel right at home. Our tour guide Josip was so good, I wish everyone could experience what we did on our trip. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone going to Croatia.

We travelled on the Almissa with a total group of 22 people to celebrate a friend's 60th birthday. This was one of THE BEST TRIPS I have ever taken! We could not have been happier with the service, cleanliness of the ship, fun excursions, excellent food and drinks and exceptional crew! Captain Josip was the best! He sailed the Almissa perfectly, changing the order of our itinerary to best suit weather and wind conditions, giving us a perfect week of sun and beautiful weather. Our sailors Ivan and Capo took beautiful care of the ship, working tirelessly behind the scenes. Chefs Marko and Bogden prepared delicious meals with very large potions and beautiful presentation. Bartenders Kafka and Cezar prepared wonderful drinks while interacting with all of us in a fun atmosphere. We loved Hana our cruise director, she was THE BEST! She lovingly took care of all of our needs, provided us with history, information on restaurants and places to see, and even made a reservation for 22 of us!

We enjoyed our vacation aboard the spacious Esperanza. The crew was welcoming and funny and our Tour coordinator Klara kept us laughing and informed. We loved meeting people from across the world and sharing our travel stories each day. The Croatian islands were so beautiful to see and the old towns each had a unique vibe to them. Leaving the planning to Sail Croatia made it truly relaxing.

We (boyfriend and I) traveled on Salve Di Mare mid July from Dubrovnik to Split. We regularly take trips/vacations and this has by far been one of our favorite. Barbara was wonderful as was the rest of the crew, especially our bartenders. Mornings were very relaxed on the boat and lunch was incredible every day. Arrived at each destination around 1-2 PM which left plenty of time to explore in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a slower paced way to visit the coast of Croatia.

We recently enjoyed a trip on Salve di Mare and was one of the best cruise experiences I've ever had. The staff were all great. The chefs on the boat were top notch. An Awesome experience!! The Captain took us to amazing swim spots and kept us in schedule for all our stops. The crew was a pleasure to interact with every day! She also was very informative about all the ports we visited. hana arranged all of our off ship excursion's .The captain always picked the perfect spot each day for our swim days. We sailed on the Almissa for my sister in laws 60th birthday. We had the most amazing trip! Captain Joseph was the most amazing captain! He was so friendly and genuinely loved sailing his ship. He found the most outstanding swim spots. He truly enjoyed talking to all his passengers. Our bartenders Cezar and Kufca were so fun and so personable!! They knew all our names by the end of the first day! The food was really very good. We had breakfast and lunch everyday on the boat! The sailors were outstanding as well! The star of the show was Hana! We all absolutely fell in love with our ships director(not sure the actual term). But Hana was soooo lovely! We were informed every day with the schedule of events. She sent us restaurant recommendations and made us reservations if we needed. Everyday she gave us a presentation of what we would see on our next stop. She planned a birthday dinner including cake. But most of all she took the time to get to know every one of us! We loved her!

From the moment we arrived at the dock we were welcomed and our Vacation truly started. All bags were transported to our room. This was where we first met Hana, who took such good care of us throughout the trip. We loved our Sail Croatia holiday aboard Salve di Mar slowly island hopping between Dubrovnik and Split. Highlights weee the enthusiastic and capable Sail Croatia host and vessel crew, the stunning islands with their historic villages and diverse cuisine, our magnificent vessel and socialising with our friends and guests. It was our first cruise but with such a small group, cruise doesn’t feel the right word. Whatever you call it… the experience s wonderful. Do go.

About 18 months ago, I saw Sail Croatia on Instagram and quickly showed it to my wife. With her blessing, I reached out and booked our trip. We quickly told friends about it and were a total of six when we boarded the Almissa. Simply stated, the trip was amazing. Our captain, our crew, and our bartenders (Cezar and Kafka) were the best. Always there for anything we needed, and always with a smile. Everything you see on the cruise is beautiful but the service on the Almissa took it over the top. Each day you leave a location, eat wonderful food on the boat, have a swim stop, and end up in a new location. The food was excellent. I am a picky eater and loved everything. The swim stops are so beautiful that we all agreed that pictures were not doing them justice. The size of the ship allows for smaller ports and takes you to places you likely would not see otherwise. I cannot recommend this cruise enough. It was a highlight of not just this trip, but all the trips we have taken.

We had a wonderful time on the Contessa, Niko and the staff were wonderful. Decor was top level. The boat wasn’t full but we had a great group that had a great time together. We did ask to change rooms as it was very noisy when the boat was running.

The reviews don't lie. It's a five-star experience in a spectacular country with beautiful people. My wife and I went to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and were treated to a first-class trip in every way. Our cruise director was outstanding: knowledgeable, funny, well connected and became a good friend. Our fellow travelers were wonderful; plenty of opportunities to connect and also do our own thing. The boat was beautiful and the food was fantastic. Croatia is a dream of a country; the islands are so lovely, each a little different from the last. The weather was perfect. I can't say enough about Sail Croatia and this amazing seven day trip from Split to Dubrovnik. It was so well organized, and all of the stops were beautiful and perfectly curated. It was the perfect blend of fun and adventure, with a great group of people. Highlights were the swim stop every day and of course, all of the beautiful Dalmatian islands with the Port towns and activities. The ship (Salve di Mare) and the accommodations were also fabulous. The rooms were spacious and each had their own bathroom. The meals were wonderful. The crew was so friendly and helpful and Our tour guide , with Sail Croatia (Vin) took great care of us. I couldn't think of a better way to see the Dalmatian coast than doing it this way!!!

Moment we boarded the ship the service was top level. Our tour manager Barbra was amazing giving us our daily activities and giving us a good overview of each stop. The chefs that provided us our 2 meals each day were so delicious. The way the ship is set up is a great way to meet and get to know all the guests on the boat. Got to make a lot of new friends from the Uk,USA and Australia. We recommend this trip to anyone that would like to have a relaxing trip, eat great food, visit hidden gems of Croatia and meet amazing people from all over. My husband and I had a blast on the trip. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure! We were easily able to pick when we wanted to sightsee, participate in more adventurous activities, or have a chill beach day. The boat exceeded our expectations; our room was very comfortable and the food was delicious. The waters and scenery of Croatia were stunning; the swim stops were some of the best parts of our trip. I was worried about getting on a boat with a shellfish allergy, but the kitchen staff was easily able to accommodate my allergy, as well as others on our trip (gluten free, pescatarian, etc). Additionally, our guide Vic was awesome; he was a wealth of knowledge about everything from the history and culture Croatia to where the best place to watch the World Cup would be. He presented many fun options of what to do on every island. It really felt like we had a private guide (who knew everyone) at every stop. If we could book to go again, tomorrow we would!

My husband and I and two good friends (another couple) spent a week on the Salve di Mare and it was magical. The beauty of the Dalmatian coast, the swimming off the boat, excellent food, and the excursions were perfect and unforgettable. The staff on the boat were also professional and so kind. They made everything go so smoothly and put everyone at ease. We had an amazing trip! The crew and coordinator (Boat Manager Christiana, coordinator Nikos, sailors Tino and Charlie, waiters Neno and Martin, and maid Joy) all did an amazing job. They all went the extra mile to make sure we were accommodated. The ship had just been renovated, and it was definitely and it was very nice. Rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Other common areas of the ship (upper sun deck, saloon, etc.) were very nice. Would highly recommend Sail Croatia and the Contessa ship.

An unforgettable experience. The boat was immaculate, and the cabins, complete with private ensuites, were comfortable and well maintained. The staff were amazing, and the delicious three-course meals served every day were definitely a highlight. From the start the crew were extremely welcoming and helpful. The boat was immaculate and stylish, the cabin was spacious and comfortable. We were not disturbed by noise from the boat or other people. Nothing was too much trouble. The itinerary worked really well, there was enough down time to relax, sunbathe and swim. The excursions added a fun dynamic to the trip and were mostly fun and exciting. We did cycling, kayaking, wine tasting, zip lining (the best!!) plus plenty of time to explore the beautiful Croatian towns which I hadn’t expected to be so charming. There was plenty of choice of restaurants and bars and our crew gave us recommendations on where to eat , even making reservations for us. The food on board was delicious, make sure you advise about dietary restrictions at the time if booking so that they can plan ahead for you. We were extremely lucky that the people on board were fantastic. We all bonded really well which made the experience very special…… a cruise family!!

We sailed on the Contessa. The ship and crew were amazing. Our room was comfortable and more spacious than we had anticipated. The entire ship was spotless. The breakfast buffet always provided a nice variety of choices. The lunch menu changed each day and every meal was delicious. Tour manager Nickos gave us great information each day and worked hard to make sure all guests enjoyed each port. Bartenders Martin and Nino kept us well hydrated and were a lot of fun. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Great small boat experience with swimming stops, and small town adventures lead by a wonderful leader Klara. She was super helpful and guided us to lots of fun. My husband and I chose sail croatia to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We were welcomed warmly by Sanja our cruise director. From the minute we walked on board we felt like a family. The crew was so welcoming and the boat was beautiful. Sanja was most pleasant and attentive throughout the cruise. Vlad our chef for the week outdone himself. The food was outstanding. The bartenders were also so pleasant. Our group bonded like a family and spent multiple days and nights together. The pace of the cruise was perfect. The choice of islands and suggested activities were amazing. By the end of the week we were so sad to leave our sail Croatia family. Our trip was fantastic. The boat and crew were lovely and super helpful. And our tour manager Josip was knowledgeable and accessible to us in person and via Whstsapp. It was the perfect balance of gorgeous swim stops and docking and experiencing multiple islands and all they had to offer. We never felt rushed and had time to explore what we wanted - both planned activities that we could partake in or helping us plan our own adventure. I would highly recommend this trip to people wanting a more intimate experience of the islands that a large cruise ship cannot provide.
