It was the perfect trip! I have seen most of the World, but this made the rest 6 or 7 compared to this trip being a 10!!! The crew was wonderful, especially our tour guide. Extremely informative and full of energy and enthusiasm. The sights of the places visited were will remain with me forever. The other outstanding part of the trip was the meeting of the other travelers on the Romantic Star. Very well traveled from all different countries. We all got along so well together. We sailed a 7 day cruise with Sail Croatia. The boat is called Katarina & it is part of the Elegance line. Captain Ivan, his staff and the cruise director were so welcoming and attentive. We had amazing swim stops every day, visited beautiful islands and had plenty of time to enjoy them. The boat is beautiful, new, well maintained, clean and very comfortable. I was sad to see the trip end and I would go again, if possible.

Our tour manager, Ioanna, was the shining star of the cruise. She is very knowledgeable about Croatia’s history, top things to do on each island, always goes the extra mile and consistently to ensure guests are well versed in all possibilities, she over delivers on every aspect of the role and has a great communication style, very light and funny. The crew is wonderful as well, very hard working and dedicated to their jobs. The cook staff was incredibly talented, and meals were delicious. And the captain was just lovely. Definitely one of the cleanest sails I have ever experienced. I would absolutely recommend the Olimp, it’s a family-owned boat and the Captain is the son of the owner.

I had a fantastic time on the Elegance cruise through Sail Croatia! The highlights were the swim stops in the gorgeous Adriatic Sea, the local dinner and wine tasting in Stari Grad, and the mix of both small towns and bigger towns on the route. Vicko, our host, was the perfect mix of friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Croatia is a beautiful country, and as a solo traveler Sail Croatia was a great way to experience it!

Anita was a perfect Cruise Director, and our experience with Sail Croatia, and the Queen Jelena was outstanding. Anita had so many ideas of ways to explore each destination that it was easy to pick the excursion experiences that were right for our family. She was always available for questions, provided endless tips and tricks to optimize our time in Croatia, and was simply delightful to be around. She said we'd leave this week feeling like a family, and she was spot on! Queen Jelena, including the Captain and crew, were gracious, passionate about service, and attentive to our every need. The food was truly EXCEPTIONAL. Hats off to the chef and sous chef...AMAZING food!!! The locations of our swim stops were fantastic. Just back from a fun-packed week on Katarina covering Split return south. Klara did a great job helping to organise onshore dining for the whole group. And the crew generally gave us a great time. Missoni Bar on Korcula was a highlight along with dinner at Mijet Island. Not forgetting the Captain's Dinner and the duo of guitarists, whose playing had everyone on the dance floor. This was my fourth visit to Croatia and has to be the best. I'll be back.

The trip was easy to book, with lots of helpful tips and instructions on how to find to the ship in Split harbour. The itinerary was just perfect, island hopping everyday and stopping for swimming while spending a relaxing morning sailing and sunbathing on deck. Our tour host, Dino, made our trip truly memorable as well as the other guests we spent our week with. Dino was amazing, such a delightful guy. Our group is still messaging each other on the WhatsApp chat that Dino set up. We were informed each day of what to expect, what we could see, what time we were setting off, where to eat, drink, best places for anything that any guest was looking for. The holiday was a delightful balance of being well looked after whilst freedom to see/do as much as we wanted. Remember to bring more long-sleeved clothing if travelling in May as evenings are cool. Lunch was a tasty 3-course cooked meal which I would have preferred as a buffet selection personally. Definitely recommend the trip!

A fantastic relaxing 7 nights on the Romantic Star, Elegance cruise. A brilliant way to see the Croatian islands. Excellent service on board from our Captain Ivan, all the crew and our Tour Manager, Ioanna, who put 150% into making sure we all had a good time. The food was delicious and from beginning to end we didn’t need to worry about a thing. Every detail had been carefully planned to make the holiday perfect. I’d like to do it again soon and will certain recommend Sail Croatia to my friends and family.

My ship was beautiful and the captain was clearly proud to have built it with his family. The accommodations were clean and spacious. Food was phenomenal. The guide was knowledgeable and honest - not just pushing sales or pressuring guests to use certain businesses. Croatia itself was welcoming and gorgeous. An island bike ride was a high point as was a local farm to table dinner.

From the moment I met Karolina and a few other passengers quayside at Split I felt welcome and comfortable. (I am 73 and travel solo). Over lunch we were given a full orientation about the ship and the week ahead: scheduled swim stops, shore excursions, meal times etc. My fellow passengers were a great mix of personalities, from reserved to more lively and we all got on so well (lucky/blessed). The Captain and crew, from front of house and in the background were efficient and fun. Special mention goes to our Cruise Director Karolina whose care and attention to detail were exceptional! We had the opportunity to swim every day which I did despite the water temperature, hence my given cruise name!! I can’t recommend this company/trip highly enough! Croatia is the most beautiful country; the people who live there are lovely (nearly everyone understands English), its history, food and wine absolutely great.

We sailed the Dalmatian islands off the coast of Croatia on board the luxury cruise yacht Olimp. The accommodation was exceptional comfortable and roomy. Captain Jure and the crew of the Olimp were outstanding, providing an awesome experience, while cruise representative Vedran took great care of us explaining (each day) historic/cultural significance of each port we stopped at and leading us in some of our on-shore tours. Even though our cruse was in late September / early October we still managed to stop periodically in quiet coves to swim and enjoy the waters of the Adriatic.

The ship was comfortable and quite luxurious. Staff were very helpful and always pleasant The food was excellent. Congratulations to the chefs The cabin was cleaned daily and towels and bedding changed. Well done to the maid The captain changed the route when necessary to enjoy a safe venue and sheltered areas to swim. Being able to use the drop down platform enabled me to enjoy the daily swim stop. I would not have been able to do the swimming without it. Captain and crew did everything to enhance our experience. The travel guide V was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly with a great sense of humour. All in all a very positive and memorable trip. I woul highly recommend this trip to anyone. 1. The wifi should work better. 2. For the price of the trip, I expected that we would have access to a good coffee machine 24/7. The urns provided were not satisfactory. 3. The excursions were overpriced. 4. The “included” tour of Dubrovnik should have included a bus to take passengers to the old town. 5. There should be enough treats during the coffee and tea hour (11-12) so everyone has a chance to get a snack. 6. The staff were friendly. 7. The boat was well kept. 8. Our rooms were kept clean. 9. The price of wine (bottles and glasses) were overpriced. 10. The captain’s dinner was very nice. It would have been better if wine was included.

Not sure where to even start - we had smiles on our faces from the moment we were greeted by our cruise rep for the trip, Vedran. He made us feel welcome and we knew we were in a fabulous trip! The staff of 7 (not including Vedran and Captain Gordan) did everything they could to make our 7 days the best they could ever be. Everyday we went to a new island full of beauty unlike anything we've ever seen! Vedran gave us some much education, information and recommendations at each location which was extremely helpful! His passion for Croatia is infectious! Our room was cleaned every morning by sweet Ella (a thank less job but very appreciated). Our room was very comfortable - we opted for a room on the lower level and it was perfect! The chefs - Frane and Ana, created a lovely breakfast and delicious, large lunches every day and they were great! Our waiters/baretenders - Tomo and Pamela - were so professional and so fun to get to know. I miss everyone so much! Until next time.

Honestly every member of the staff was friendly and welcoming. Karolina was amazing and so warm.. we happened to board with a fantastic group of travellers all very kind and friendly. The boat is very comfortable and clean. The daily swims and perfect weather the cherry on the top.
