This was just a great trip -- it truly exceeded our expectations. My wife, a relatively unsure bicycle newbie with no prior e-bike experience learned so much and can't wait to do more tours. Being a more experienced adventure biker, I also thoroughly enjoyed the trek on a classic bike. The excellent guides and breadth of cycling experience within the friendly group easily accommodated our disparate skill levels, so we both had excellent, positive experiences. The boat was beautiful, the crew, including the bartenders, chefs, sailors, and captain, were always extremely helpful. Our guides, Ivan and Mario, were exceptional and really made our trip, both biking and boating, smooth and effortless. They fostered a warm camaraderie among the group that really made the trip a joy for everyone. In sum, we'd recommend this bike/boat cruise to anyone who knows how to ride a bike and wants to tangibly experience an amazingly beautiful part of the world.

Had the best time ever. I was a little nervous travelling on my own and about motion sickness but had the best time ever and have made friends for life. Our guides Anita and Mate were incredible. They made the whole experience memorable. I did the Hike and Cruise trip and it had the right amount of activity and relaxation. Anita and Mate briefed us on the hike each morning and safely took us and brought us back. They made great recommendations for other activities to do once we got back as well as dinner recommendations. We sailed on the Salve De Mare. The Captain and his crew were great. The cabins were very comfortable, and the lunches were incredible. Captain's dinner was also very good. If i had to say something negative cause everything can't be perfect, it would be, need better coffee on the boat! I would recommend this trip to anyone. The age range of our group was 52 to 72 and the hike was manageable by all.

My ship was beautiful and the captain was clearly proud to have built it with his family. The accommodations were clean and spacious. Food was phenomenal. The guide was knowledgeable and honest - not just pushing sales or pressuring guests to use certain businesses. Croatia itself was welcoming and gorgeous. An island bike ride was a high point as was a local farm to table dinner.

The Romantic Star was a wonderful ship. Captain Ivan and his crew were professional, enjoyed a laugh and tried their best to give us the most amazing time. Only a few little things that could be improved - some swimming equipment such as googles and flippers might assist, the host was amazing! Ioana did more than enough to keep us updated, managed to get the passengers together, United and having fun! Lastly, the highlight of cruising was the food, the chefs onboard were amazingly good! Great times

We had a great experience with Sail Croatia on the Explorer Cruise on the Tempera. The crew was amazing and went above and beyond!! Dino was very organized, and his communication and suggestions for local restaurants and highlights were very helpful. Max and Milan were so personable and were always willing to help. Frankie, the captain, was great as well as the cook and kitchen support, who were also great about offering gluten-free options. And the crew, Peter and Thomas, were wonderful as well! Overall, a great experience and memories were made that will last a lifetime :) We would highly recommend this experience.

The entire cycle tour from Split to Dubrovnik was fantastic. We went to 7 islands. The organization, accommodations, e-bikes and the guides and crew were amazing and competent. The entire week was great. Our cycle guide Ivica was awesome and so organized and friendly. The staff went over and above to make the week great. I would happily go again!

Second time on a Sail Croatia trip and it did not disappoint. The boat was comfortable and the food was very good. Crew helpful and very friendly. The guides, Lola and Ilona, were knowledgeable, friendly and really looked after us well. Hikes were very good, places we visited beautiful and stunning views. Great company on the boat, lots of laughter. A really good week.

Loved the pace and format of the cruise. Nice blend of excursions and free time. Cruise Director was very knowledgeable and helpful. Food was excellent at all meals. I do recommend having the option of pancakes, crepes and waffles for breakfast at least once a week. Crew did an excellent job of accommodating my food allergy. I definitely recommend this tour.

From the moment I met Karolina and a few other passengers quayside at Split I felt welcome and comfortable. (I am 73 and travel solo). Over lunch we were given a full orientation about the ship and the week ahead: scheduled swim stops, shore excursions, meal times etc. My fellow passengers were a great mix of personalities, from reserved to more lively and we all got on so well (lucky/blessed). The Captain and crew, from front of house and in the background were efficient and fun. Special mention goes to our Cruise Director Karolina whose care and attention to detail were exceptional! We had the opportunity to swim every day which I did despite the water temperature, hence my given cruise name!! I can’t recommend this company/trip highly enough! Croatia is the most beautiful country; the people who live there are lovely (nearly everyone understands English), its history, food and wine absolutely great.

The Caption, Ante, server/bartender, Benjamin, chef, George and three other crew were friendly, skilled and always helpful. Jasko and Anna were superb professional bike guides. The classic, but beautifully detailed ship Emanuel was immaculate, showing pride of ownership. Early May weather was ideal while island visits were adjusted according to sea and port conditions. Overall, the best voyage we’ve ever done.

I went with a couple friends (all in our 20s) and had an amazing experience. The bike rides made seeing Croatia so much better than I imagined, the views got better each day and our guides Miranda and Josip were so friendly and helpful. The boat and crew were great and we met so many fun people on board. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Croatia!

The whole cruise experience was amazing! Dino, Max, Milan and everyone on the crew went out of their way to make sure we all had the best time- from the itinerary, food, service, communication and the swim stops- we loved all of it. Sail Croatia Elegance Cruise on Olimp - wow! We had high expectations but even they were exceeded! The ship was immaculate, cleaned and polished daily. All the areas were as shown and even better in person. We enjoyed the various spaces on the ship at different times. Our Tour Guide V (Vedran) was so helpful, joyful and always smiling - he made the cruise so much fun and we had lots of laughs together! Captain George (Jure) and all the crew were so sweet, kind and caring - doing a fabulous job of looking after us all. The buffet breakfast had everything you could possibly want on offer. The daily three course lunch (and four course Captain’s Dinner!) were all beautiful in presentation, variety and taste. All ports visited were great. We were lucky to be blessed with perfect weather and also a wonderful group of passengers. We could not want for anything more, thank you!

Croatia is the most beautiful and magical place I have ever been to, and there is no better way to see it than on a Sail Croatia cruise. This was our first trip to Croatia and our first time on a small boat cruise. The staff was amazing! We brought a little guidebook with recommendations for each port and never had to use it because Klara, our host, was so knowledgeable about each place. She did such a good job keeping us all on track and giving us quality places to visit. She was so organized and took the time to even set up an early morning pick up for us the last day. I truly believe that our trip wouldn't have been as fun without her guidance. The food on the trip was more than we could have expected as well. The chef did such a great job making meals that you wouldn't expect from such a small kitchen and ship. Everything tasted fresh and was served hot. It felt like an elevated meal in a very casual setting. Our servers did a solid job balancing making us drinks and getting the food out to everyone. The servers Kristine and Cesar were also the highlights of the trip. They kept vibes high and were so energetic.

That said, a note to future travellers: know what kind of trip you're booking. This style of sailing trip brings together people from all walks of life, and it's important to understand that you're joining a shared space on board. Some passengers seemed surprised by the format, but that's not on the crew – it's about reading the itinerary and knowing what kind of experience you're signing up for.

We had the best experience on Sail Croatia Tempera. The ports, the food, the swim stops were all great. Our cruise director Dino was fabulous. He gave us so much information, selected some great restaurants and kept us up to date in the group chat. Max and Milan were the best server and bartender. The crew became our new friends by the end of the week, we hated saying goodbye.

I organized this trip 14 months ago in Feb 0f 2024 for 37 of my nearest and dearest to travel for a week on The WIne Cruise Esperanza . This exceeded all expectations !! From the boat , the crew , the food the excursions and wine tastings and of course our Cruise Manager Mia was outstanding . I can't say enough about how wonderful everything was every day . It was late April and the beauty was that it was early in the season so the weather was perfect and it was not real crowded wherever we were . All the little islands are different and have their own personality . I can't recommend this enough and think everyone should add Croatia to their list of places to visit

Sail Croatia staff were amazing. Anita and Matthias (sp?) were both perfect hosts. They made the trip. Hikes were amazing, knowledge of local attractions was fantastic. Salve Di Mare boat was beautiful and crew were also amazing. Food was top notch and each stop was a different and incredible experience. The trip exceeded our expectations - highly recommend!

This hike cruise was fabulous! Amazing ship and crew, tasty food and our hiking guides Lola and Ilona were just awesome, the hikes were stunning everyday with optional add on activities if we wanted to do them. The other guests made the cruise so sociable, I have belly laughed a lot! To be honest the whole experience was better than I could have imagined - there’s no doubt I’ll book again! Can’t wait to come back and explore Croatia more! Especially if we can have Lola and Ilona again, they really made the week special!

The personnel are top notch. Extremely flexible and proactive. Liked how trip plan was modified to avoid bad weather. Seems guest scheduler's are careful to group similar age and fitness levels together. Crew very courteous, respectful and friendly. Considering returning for northern sail.

Many reasons why this trip was so great 1) perfect way to see all the beautiful island towns. 2) with only 30 guests on board it made it easy to get to know everyone. Got to be a family atmosphere 3) the Crew was terrific Dino our leader made sure We had all the info needed for the day. Great communicator and always helpful. Service staff was top notch. Max was very engaging and high energy. Good was plentiful and delicious The Tempera boat was clean and was perfect size fir thus type of trip. I will be recommending Sail Croatia to my family and friends

Our wine cruise wasn't full so maybe we benefitted from some extra attention but the crew were really friendly and helpful. Our lower deck cabin was quiet but bright and although storage was a little limited worked fine for us. Lunch was varied and excellent, although sometimes a three course lunch was a little early in the day. The wine tastings in Stari Grad and Milna were our favourites, and the excursion on Vis was fascinating. Swim stops were fun, although the water was still pretty cold at the end of April/early May. The islands and coastline are spectacular and the cruise was so relaxing and I would definitely consider booking again in the future.
