We have just returned from a fabulous week sailing the coastline of Croatia! The scenery was beautiful, the activities were thoughtful and well-planned, the crew were exceptional and the food was delicious. The Salve di mare is a gorgeous boat and is meticulously cared for by its crew. From the moment we met Vicko, we knew we were in good hands. He cared for the entire group like a family and we shared many laughs along the way! Thanks Vicko, you were a tremendous group leader and we loved your recommendations. I would highly recommend booking this trip. If you’re looking for a more personal experience, this small group cruise is for you! We boarded as strangers and left having gained many new friendships. Staff were excellent. Very attentive in all ways. They all worked very hard to ensure we had a great time. Food was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Ship was very clean and well maintained.. A couple of suggestions to make it even better. Have the 3 course meals at night rather than lunch. Or at least vary it. Maybe another night with some entertainment involving music and dancing. All in all a wonderful trip.

Our trip aboard the Olymp was exceptional in every way. From the moment we boarded, we were impressed by the staterooms, crew, food, and itinerary. Our tour guide, Ioana, was fabulous. Very professional and organized, but also appropriately snarky and accommodating. The kitchen, bar, and service crews were equally fantastic. Our cabins were cleaned daily, and the chef accommodated even the smallest request, like keeping the stuffed French toast on the menu. We particularly enjoyed the itinerary, which was thoughtful and had a variety of options that accommodated the diversity of our fellow travelers. Every single island was memorable. .From sharing our morning coffee to cheering on the bravest to get in the cold water, our shared experience with the other passengers was delightful, and we walked away with many new friends. It was really an amazing experience. In fact, our WhatsApp thread is still going strong, even weeks later. What a truly wonderful experience.

As someone who isn’t a cruise person, the Romantic Star was the perfect size and experience to see parts of Croatia. *Dino Made All the Difference Our cruise manager, Dino, was exceptional. He kept us informed with clear daily summaries and thoughtful recommendations, always available for questions and/or to help guests. He went above and beyond, arranging special dinners (like our anniversary at a sought-after spot in Dubrovnik) and unforgettable experiences—the farm dinner at Hora Hvar was a highlight, with amazing food and wine. *A Warm, Welcoming Group The best part? My husband and I had a fantastic time on our 7-day cruise! Absolutely would recommend. Vicko was our Sail Croatia Rep and he was THE BEST - super friendly with great recommendations for excursions, restaurants, and a ton of knowledge about Croatia. This truly felt like a vacation because we didn’t have to worry about anything. We were on the Salve di Mare boat and the crew on the boat was top notch. Marko, Vlaho, and Monika in particular were so personable and friendly. They made our stay on the boat comfortable and fun. Also worth noting that I always felt safe on the boat (even when we had windy conditions our captain, Frane, docked the boat with ease).

With 3 20-something-year-old kids beginning to go in different directions, we were looking to explore Croatia together and solidify a vacation full of lifelong family memories together. I stumbled upon Sail Croatia as we looked for ways to see the coastal cities and islands. Boy, were we glad we did! An extra bonus was the ability to combine a bit of adventure and activity through a biking cruise. I can't say enough positive things about our experience on Mali Luka and the wonderful crew and captain. Our leaders Mila and Mario, were full of knowledge, experience, hospitality, attention to detail, thoughtfulness, kindness and a passion for the beauty and history of their country. The entire experience was top-notch. The meals and service on board were exceptional and delivered with a smile - always. My husband and I had the best time on our trip. We sailed on the Morpheus sailboat and thought the boat itself was perfect and so nice. We used the water toys such as the paddle boards daily and had the best skipper - Kiko. He took us to all the best islands and understood what we were looking for out of our trip! Could not recommend our boat or skipper enough. It was the best trip ever and we were sad to leave at the end.

The trip was easy to book, with lots of helpful tips and instructions on how to find to the ship in Split harbour. The itinerary was just perfect, island hopping everyday and stopping for swimming while spending a relaxing morning sailing and sunbathing on deck. Our tour host, Dino, made our trip truly memorable as well as the other guests we spent our week with. Dino was amazing, such a delightful guy. Our group is still messaging each other on the WhatsApp chat that Dino set up. We were informed each day of what to expect, what we could see, what time we were setting off, where to eat, drink, best places for anything that any guest was looking for. The holiday was a delightful balance of being well looked after whilst freedom to see/do as much as we wanted. Remember to bring more long-sleeved clothing if travelling in May as evenings are cool. Lunch was a tasty 3-course cooked meal which I would have preferred as a buffet selection personally. Definitely recommend the trip!

Forget those huge cruise ships THIS is the way to travel. Vendrán our guide always made perfect suggestions but you can do as much or as little as you want. Great swim stops every day and lovely clean cabin and boat made for a comfortable week. With fresh cooked food and only 18 on board this was a revelation. I will be booking again. Loved it!

Dino our cruise manager was exceptional! He was friendly, knowledgeable,,patient, helpful and good humoured for the entire week. We were a small group that could have made things difficult but he expertly drew the group together and was fundamental in ensuring the weeks success. The boat was beautiful and well kept, the Captain and his crew made us feel well cared for and the meals prepared on board were delicious!! All in all a really excellent time!! What started as a trip with some friends turned into a trip I'm never going to forget. We were lucky to have incredible weather conditions before peak tourist season. Croatia has the clearest water I've ever seen in my life- great for snorkeling. Based off of what we wanted to do, our skipper, Linda, was able to curate a custom trip offering a variety of settings and activities. Getting to relax, explore, and experience the islands of Croatia with our closest friends alone would have been quite enough to make for a memorable trip. What made it a truly unforgettable experience was that we decided about a month ahead of time to plan our wedding for one of the days. We figured there was bond to be a time and place that fit exactly what we wanted. We found our dream location as soon as we docked in Vis. Since we had so much flexibility with our schedule, we were able to spontaneously pick our perfect time and place. Forever thankful for the memories we made on this trip!

Dino immediately set the tone of our journey — enjoy our wonderful country, learn our history , be safe and ask any question. He was very experienced. The ship was very nice, food was fine , crew was nice, cabins cleaned great . . . but the real credit goes to our cruise manager , Dino . Without a great cruise manager , this would be a very different journey . He was a good listener , gave great suggestions , used What’s App effectively to stay connected with everyone and was sincere . Bravo.

The Split return to Split itinerary was excellent and allowed us to see many islands and mainland cities.. Dino, the cruise manager communicated clearly, was organized, helpful, enthusiastic and upbeat. He was always available knowledgeable and entertaining.We couldn’t ask for a better manager! Dino guided us to incredible experiences such as the Hora Farm dinner, and also to restaurants and sites in each place we stopped. The crew on the Romantic Star was helpful and professional. We just completed our 7 day cruise with Sail Croatia aboard the Romantic Star. We made new friends with people from around the world who enjoyed the food, sun, and wine in Croatia as much as we did. What made the trip special was having Dino assigned to our boat as the cruise manager. He was funny, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to book optional dinners and activities that were special and unique experiences. He also providing valuable information and suggestions throughout the day which was immensely helpful. Our group’s ages were mixed, 40s to 80s, 3 generations and 3 nationalities. Cruisers were similar in being interested in where they were and also relaxing. All enjoyed a drink. Group size was good, enabling interactions with a range of people. People met up in wine bars and restaurants to share stories and compare their travels. It made for fun times. Our guide, Klara was great. She gave clear presentations & shared information electronically on the highlights of our next island and what to see and do there. She always answered questions clearly and provided links eg on laundries. Boat spaces were good, most people enjoying the sundeck daily. Swim stops were well organised with easy water access . Range of activities offered was broad. I loved all the islands. They differed in histories, attractions, opportunities and atmosphere.. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was great, Enjoyed the Captain’s dinner, would have liked to hear him speak more about our lovely boat.

The crew, the biking and islands. The group of people we met. Andro and Matilda were fantastic guides. We enjoyed the rides, scenary and stops. Andro went above and beyond to look after us. The e-bikes were great and I would recommend as some of the rides are steep The Emanuel boat was immaculate and even had a tour with the Captain to the engine room and bridge. The room was clean with a powerful hot shower. Mattress could have done with replacing (cabin 9 ) as I could feel the springs. Food was very good. Soup was always top notch as was the best scrambled egg I’ve ever had. Mains sometimes could have been hotter. Drinks were a bit expensive but cocktails great as were Damir and Ben the bar guys

Where do I start?? From the meticulously clean boat to the abundance of tasty healthy food to the awesome staff who couldn't do enough & went out of their way to help to our tour guide Nicos! And we haven't even mentioned the beautiful Croatian islands that we stopped at all bursting with centuries of history & hidden restaurants & wine bars. If it hadn't been for Nicos we would never have found some of these gorgeous places. A special mention goes out to crew member Max who apart from serving our meals & keeping us well hydrated, he so kept us entertained. I was not sure about going on a cruise with 30 total strangers but it was one of the best weeks & one I will not easily forget.

From booking to check out, Sail Croatia ran a well organized operation. On arrival at the boat our bags were loaded onboard and we were greeted by the captain. Our guides for the bike rides, Mila and Mario, were excellent. They explained the trails and provided history and information on the places we visited. We were pleasantly surprised by the food at all meals, it was delicious and fresh. Thank you chef! The crew took care of us at all meals and in between (thank you Halim and Donche). We had the greatest experience. From the time we booked our trip, then embarked and met Mia at Port Gruz our Tour Manager, every part of the trip exceeded our expectations. Took this trip with my family as a last hurrah before my sister gets married. It was everything and more I could have hoped for! I truly believe it was the best way to see Croatia. We did the cycling cruise and visited so many incredible places on the islands we wouldn’t have been able to see otherwise. Our boat was always clean, the meals were FANTASTIC, but what really made it was the crew and our cycling guides. Haleem, one of our crew members, catered to every need and was always around to chat with us or teach us a new card game. Our cycling guides, Mila and Mario, were so knowledgeable and made sure to always provide us with the most out of every opportunity. Would do this trip again in a heartbeat!

Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure every need was taken care of! Safety was a priority. CAL and IVICA were so professional, knowledgeable, and so much fun! The biking was incredible and I would HIGHLY recommend the e-bikes for this Southern route. There were long climbs up hill, and without the e-bike I really wouldn’t have enjoyed it nearly as much. The scenery and riding through the small villages and coastal towns was breathtaking. Pictures will never do it justice. The lovely lady that did all the cooking was so accommodating and kind. The meals were delicious and portions were big! The Dionis ship was comfortable and clean, the bartender who also waited on us for all our meals was so attentive to every need.. Our group was a blast, and I’ll never forget the closeness we shared during that amazing week. Many thanks to the Crew that helped make this trip one of the most memorable experiences of my life!

What a great crew!! Our cycling tour guides Tonka and Lola are knowledgeable, fun, supportive, excellent communicators and educators. It is easy to learn from them. Our food was amazing everyday because of an excellent Chef and Sous Chef. Mario, made sure are food was delivered hot, quickly and efficiently with lots of warm smiles. He was constantly observant as he met our needs before we even asked.. Ivan and Ilia were available should there be other needs we had. Anytime we asked!! All these crew members did it with smiles and warm hearts wanting to make our time the best ever!! Just back from a fantastic week aboard Dionis. Our guide, Ivica was so knowledgeable and being Croatian, he had so much local knowledge.. The routes were a great mix and being the Split southern route, some aspects (on a push bike rather than e bike) were challenging but that’s what I wanted! Ivica always checked in with everyone to make sure we were all enjoying it. I spent most of my time at the back of the group, where our guide Calum kept me motivated and made the hills less of an issue by playing some cracking tunes! We had lots to chat about and plenty of laughs! Our group (8) quickly bonded and we enjoyed meals out as well as cocktails at Massimo cocktail bar in Korcula. The crew on board Dionis were all excellent and looked after us so well. There was so much food! The best way to spend a week - waking up in new ports and exploring on 2 wheels is so much fun. Croatia is beautiful. Enjoyed the swim stops (although the sea is cold in May). 100% recommend this.

What a fantastic week in Croatia, cycling with a wonderful group of people. Our leads - Ivica and Calum were brilliant so knowledgeable always making sure everyone was ok, very helpful for dinner bookings they would organise this for us. I cannot fault anything it was just simply amazing. I would highly recommend it. The cycling helped us go to places we wouldn’t normally visit. We got information about each place we cycled to and the dinner stop at Gazul on day 2 cycle was truly spectacular. The group chat each day and morning briefing was so useful explaining the ride ahead, The ship Dionis was so nice and the crew were so friendly, the food served was divine.
