SALES CONSULTANT - REMOTE

An exciting opportunity has recently become available to join our expanding team as a Sales Consultant!

You will join a fun and like-minded team in Australia, and as the face of our brands you will be responsible for building valuable relationships with customers via email, phone & live chat. You will be highly motivated with exceptional communication skills & a background in sales. Experience in the travel/tourism industry is preferred. As this position will be conducted remotely, the successful candidate will be required to have suitable work-from-home arrangements and essential computer skills.

Sail Croatia sells cruises both online and directly to high end customers and as such relies on projecting a professional image for the various cruises, tours and products that the brand is well known for.

Interviews will commence in October 2026, with an immediate start!

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS...

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Travel & Tourism industry
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills
  • A solid understanding of Apple operating systems, Excel & Word, Google sheets
  • A solid understanding of the English language, including exceptional writing, grammar and phone communication skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fast typing skills is essential to keep up with demand
  • A background in Telesales is preferred, but not essential
  • Experience working remotely is preferred, but not essential
  • Intermediate computer skills are essential due to the remote nature of the role
  • The ability to travel to WA for trial & training purposes (1-2 weeks)

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR...

  • Providing high quality customer service to clients
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of all products & locations
  • Coordinating and answering enquiries through multiple channels (phone, live chat, emails)
  • Ensuring weekly sales targets are met
  • Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement new Sales strategies
  • Supporting and motivating your colleagues
