We understand it’s an uncertain time for travellers as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect worldwide travel.
Our highest priority is the enjoyment, wellbeing and health and safety of our guests, and we’re doing everything we can to ensure this will be maintained.
As a British Safety Council member, we take health, safety and hygiene processes seriously onboard our ships and tours and as such, will be implementing measures to limit and prevent the spread of the virus on all tours.
In line with Government guidelines, our staff members are trained to adhere to strict Health and Safety procedures and policies until measures can be relaxed. Our rigorous Health and Safety procedures have been increased and additional measures will be taken onboard. For more information on these procedures, please view the FAQ’s section relevant to your cruise.
We understand that many guests’ travel arrangements have been affected and there is uncertainty as we begin to move forward into 2021.
As a result, we have temporarily added flexibility to our terms for all 2021 Cruise bookings made before the 30th of January 2021.
So, if you’re 2021 plans change for any reason, you can cruise with confidence thanks to the following flexible terms:
- Flexi-bookings: Free date changes to your cruise booking, up to 30 days before your scheduled departure
- Take your Time: Balance payments have been extended and are not due until 30 days before departure
- Credit: Roll your booking over to a later date in 2021, or an alternative date in 2022. With no admin fees, it's up to you!
