The ships we use for our Sail Croatia cruises all employ local staff members, many from within their own family network and home communities along the coast. This is important to our business as it is a direct investment back into these communities and offers a more authentic and traditional experience to our customers.
As our quest for delivering bigger ships and better quality service increases, so does the demand for new ships – stunning ships such as Esperanza! We were dockside in Croatia for the launch of Esperanza with her Captain and family members to show our support for this memorable occasion in 2016. Esperanza is now captained by Ranko who was previously the Captain of Tuna – one the Navigator Cruise’s most popular ships. We are honoured to have worked alongside Ranko and his experienced crew for the last 10 years and we look forward to working with them and serving you onboard Esperanza in the coming seasons!

Esperanza joined our Sail Croatia Elegance fleet in 2016 and operated on Explorer and Elegance departures. Since 2017 Esperanza has operated exclusively on our Elegance departures, continuing to deliver high levels of customer service to our thousands of guests! Esperanza has been perfectly designed for luxury small ship cruising, yet her sleek lines provide speed, stability and comfort. Holding a total of 38 passengers, Esperanza is fitted with both above and lower deck twin and double cabins all containing elegantly decorated private ensuites, air conditioning and not to mention all the latest facilities.
We look forward to seeing you onboard where you can unwind and take in the beauty of Croatia’s coastline from the main deck, or take in the sunshine on the top deck, or with a cocktail in hand as you relax in the onboard splash pool – whatever you desire, Esperanza and Sail Croatia will deliver it!
