The first step in planning your sailing adventure is choosing your vessel. Private Yacht Tour packages are available onboard a yacht (monohull), or a catamaran. Private Yacht Tours on a yacht are economical and comfortable for couples and small groups, whereas our catamaran packages are often popular with larger families or groups looking for added luxury.
Yachts:
- Sleeps 4-10 people
- 3-5 cabins
- 2-4 bathrooms

Catamaran:
- Sleeps 8-10 people
- 4-5 ensuite cabins

Skipper:
Included in each Private Yacht Tour is a local, experienced skipper who will look after the vessel for you and sail between each destination. Your skipper will ensure your safety onboard at all times and will often double as a tour guide, bringing you local knowledge on the best secluded swim stops, where to find the freshest seafood and how to make the most out of your vacation in Croatia. If you’re keen on learning how to handle your yacht, your Skipper will be more than happy to show you the ropes and help you hoist the sails! If relaxing onboard is more your idea of a holiday, they’ll take care of it for you! You’re in good hands with your local guide.
Host
On our larger catamarans (Dragonfly, Alleycat, Hound Dog, Spellbound and Slice of Heaven we also include a Host/Hostess who will take care of all the details to make your vacation stress-free, from crafting delicious onboard meals, cleaning and ensuring your preferences are met. If you are thinking of sailing on a smaller vessel, then you have the option of adding a Host/Hostess for an additional fee.
Water Toys:
Our catamarans all include a stand up paddleboard (SUP) as well as 4 sets of snorkels which are a great way to exercise and explore the pretty bays whilst on swim-stops.
Final Cleaning:
The last thing anyone wants to do whilst on holidays is the final clean of their rental apartment, car, or in this case- yacht! We’ll take care of all final cleaning for you to ensure your check out day is hassle free and you’re not getting your hands dirty!
Return Split Airport Transfers:
Be whisked to and from Split Airport in style with your included Airport transfers. One of our experienced transfer staff will be waiting for you upon your arrival to ensure your safe and timely arrival at ACI Marina, Split. On the final day of your tour, you will be transferred back to the Split Airport to catch your return flight. Easy!
Damage Waiver Insurance:
You can sit back and relax knowing you have included Damage Waiver Insurance for the duration of your holiday with Sail Croatia.
Fuel:
Unlike hiring a car, your fuel consumption is included in your Private Yacht Tour, meaning you won't have additional fuel costs creeping up on you throughout the week.
Local Tax:
A mandatory tax of 7 Euros per person is imposed on all tourists in Croatia. We’ve absorbed these costs for you, so that there are no additional tourist fees to pay at the end of your vacation.
Flexible Itinerary:
One of the biggest advantages of sailing in Croatia on your own yacht, is that you’re in total control of your itinerary.
We pride ourselves on being experts on the Dalmatian coast, and as such we have three recommended itineraries for our Private Yacht Tour guests to follow throughout the week. All Private Yacht Tours start and finish in ACI Marina, Split, however the destinations and secluded bays you choose to visit throughout the week are completely up to you! Your knowledgeable skipper will plan your itinerary with you at check in, ensuring all of your ‘must see’ destinations are frequented throughout the week!
